Insan Mohi, 811418013. Analisis Pelaksanaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) Di Puskesmas Sipatana Menggunakan Metode Human Organization Technology Fit (HOT-Fit). Skripsi. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas adalah Tatanan manusia/peralatan yang menyediakan informasi untuk membantu proses manajemen puskesmas dalam mencapai sasaran kegiatan. Puskesmas Sipatana telah menggunakan simpus sejak tahun 2020. Namun pelaksanaannya belum maksimal. Masih ada bagian pemegang program yang belum menggunakan simpus, hanya melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan secara manual. simpus di Sipatana juga masih memiliki kendala dimana aplikasinya masih sering mengalami eror dan kadang juga petugas masih sering terlambat dalam penginputan data.
Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan strategi total sampling, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sama dengan jumlah populasi yaitu 25 responden yang menggunakan simpus di Puskesmas Sipatana. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Metode Human Organization Technology Fit.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari hasi hitung yang dilakukan menggunakan metode HOT-Fit di peroleh untuk aspek human bernilai (3,10), aspek organization bernilai (2,99), aspek technology bernilai (2,97) dan aspek benefit bernilai (3). Pelaksanaan simpus di Puskesmas Sipatana sudah baik berdasarkan metode HOT-Fit. Namun masih ada beberapa kendala yang ditemukan seperti kurangnya pemahaman mengenai sistem yang digunakan dan kendala mengenai jaringan.

The Public Health Center (Puskesmas) Management Information System is artificial equipment that provides information to assist the management process in achieving the activity targets. The Sipatana Public Health Center has been using Simpus since 2020. However, its implementation has not been maximized due to some employees who still recorded and reported their data manually instead of using Simpus. Also, there are still problems with the implementation of Simpus at Sipatana Public Health Center; data entry by officers is occasionally delayed, and the application frequently encounters difficulties.
This type of research is quantitative. Samples were selected using a total strategy sampling and obtained from 25 respondents who utilize Simpus at Sipatana Public Health Center. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Human Organization Technology Fit (HOT-Fit) method.
The results showed that the calculations using the HOT-Fit method obtained the human aspects value of 3.10, organizational aspects value of 2.99, technology aspects of 2.97, and benefits aspects value of 3. Consequently, based on the HOT-Fit method, the Simpus' implementation at Sipatana Public Health Center is rated as good. However, there are still certain challenges, such as network limitations and lack of employee's understanding of the system.
