Abstrak
Terjadi fluktuasi pada jumlah peserta Prolanis di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo tiga tahun terakhir yakni tahun 2019 ada 112 peserta, tahun 2020 menjadi 131 peserta, dan tahun 2021 menjadi 123 peserta. Terjadinya fluktuasi pada peserta Prolanis tersebut dikatakan sebagai kejadian Lost Patient yakni kejadian pasien tidak mengikuti kembali program yang dilaksanakan oleh pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian Lost Patient pada peserta Prolanis di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 123 orang dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 44 orang dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dan di analisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (p=0,041), persepsi (p=0,040), perilaku (p=0,041), dan peran tenaga kesehatan (p=0,034) dengan kejadian Lost Patient pada peserta Prolanis di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo. Tidak ada hubungan antara efek samping pengobatan (p=1,000), dukungan keluarga (p=0,343), pelayanan kesehatan (p=0,926), dan akses pelayanan kesehatan (p=1,000) dengan kejadian Lost Patient pada peserta Prolanis di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo.
Diharapkan pada peserta Prolanis agar teratur melakukan kontrol terhadap penyakit Hipertensi dan Diabetes Mellitus sesuai anjuran dokter dan menjalankan pola hidup sehat untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi.

In the last three years, there have been fluctuations in the number of Prolanis participants in the work area of Hulonthalangi Public Health Center, Gorontalo City. In 2019, there were 112 participants; in 2020, there were 131 participants; and in 2021, there were 123 participants. The occurrence of fluctuations in Prolanis participants is a Lost Patient incident which means the patients are no longer participating in the program implemented by health services. This study aims to determine the factors associated with lost patients in Prolanis participants in the work area of Hulonthalangi Public Health Center, Gorontalo City.
This study uses an analytic observational with a cross-sectional design. The population amounted to 123 people, and the sample included 44 people with purposive sampling. The instrument applies a questionnaire and is analyzed using the Chi-Square test.
The results show that there is a relationship between knowledge (p = 0,041), perception (p = 0,040), behavior (p = 0,041), and the role of health workers (p=0,034) with the incidence of Lost patients in Prolanis participants in the work area of Hulonthalangi Public Health Center, Gorontalo City. There is no relationship between side effects of treatment (D = 0,490), family support (p = 0,343), health services (D =0,926), and access to health services (p = 0,547) with the incidence of Lost patients in Prolanis participants in the work area of the Hulonthalangi Public Health Center, Gorontalo City.
Prolanis Participants are expected of regulary control Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus according to the doctor���s recommendations and carry out a healthy lifestyle to prevent hypertension
