Evaluasi Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit Dengan Metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Pada Petugas Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Islam (RSI) Gorontalo Skripsi, Pembimbing I Prof. Dr. Herlina Jusuf, Dra., M.Kes dan Pembimbing II Dr. Sylva Flora Ninta Tarigan, SH., M.Kes Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.
Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) adalah suatu sistem terkomputerisasi yang mampu melakukan pengolahan data secara cepat, akurat dan menghasilkan sekumpulan informasi yang saling berinteraksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analitik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 61 responden di RSI Gorontalo.
Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dari 61 responden kemudahan penggunaan dalam SIMRS yang paling banyak yaitu kategori sangat setuju 46 responden (75,4%), kategori setuju 13 responden (21,3%), kategori tidak setuju dan cukup 1 responden (1,6%). Perilaku Penggunaan kategori sangat setuju 50 responden (82,0%), perilaku penggunaan kategori setuju 9 responden (14,8%) , kategori tidak setuju dan cukup/netral 1 responden (1,6%). Sikap Penggunaan kategori baik 13 responden (21,3%), kategori cukup 48 responden (78,7%) dan kategori kurang 0 responden (0%).
Simpulan Evaluasi Penggunaan SIMRS dengan Metode TAM pada petugas kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Islam (RSI) Gorontalo. Metode TAM ditinjau dari Kemudahan Penggunaan, SIMRS ini sangat membantu pekerjaan para petugas kesehatan. Ditinjau dari perilaku penggunaan, SIMRS ini sangat membantu karena sistem ini, informasi yang dihasilkan selalu tersedia pada saat dibutuhkan. Ditinjau dari sikap penggunaan terhadap sebuah sistem masih dikatakan cukup karena pengguna belum mampu mempelajari sepenuhnya sistem.

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a computerized system capable of processing data quickly and accurately, producing a set of interacting information. This research uses the descriptive-analytical method. The samples are 61 respondents at RSI Gorontalo.
The results show that from the 61 respondents, the most ease of SIMRS use in the strongly agree category of 46 respondents (75,4%), agree category includes 13 respondents (21,3%), disagree, and sufficient categories include only 1 respondent (1,6% ). Usage behavior in the strongly agree category is 50 respondents (82,0%), usage behavior in agrees category consist of 9 respondents (14,8%), disagree and sufficient/neutral categories are 1 respondent (1,6%). Conclusion of Evaluation of the SIMRS use with the TAM method on health workers at Islam Hospital (RSI) Gorontalo. The TAM method, viewed from Ease of Use, shows that SIMRS is very helpful for the task of health workers. Viewed from the usage behavior, SIMRS is very helpful because of the system, the information generated is always available when needed. Viewed from the usage behavior on a system is still confirmed sufficient because the user has not been able to learn the system fully.
