Pelayanan antenatal care (ANC) terdiri dari cakupan pemeriksaan kehamilan K1 dan K4. Cakupan K1 adalah cakupan ibu hamil yang pertama kali mendapatkan pelayanan antenatal oleh tenaga kesehatan disuatu wilayah kerja pada kurun waktu tertentu. Cakupan K4 adalah cakupan ibu hamil yang telah memperoleh pelayanan antenatal sesuai dengan standar, paling sedikit empat kali di suatu wilayah kerja pada kurun waktu tertentu. rumusan masalah adalah Pengaruh Akses Keterjangkuan Terhadap Kunjungan K4 Pada Ibu Hamil di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Pilolodaa Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Akses Keterjangkauan Terhadap Kunjungan K4 Pada Ibu Hamil di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Pilolodaa Tahun 2022.
Abstract
Antenatal care (ANC) services consist of K1 and K4 antenatal care coverage. The formulation of the problem is the Effect of Affordable Access to K4 Visits for Pregnant Women during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Pilolodaa Health Center in 2022. This study aims to determine the Effect of Affordable Access to K4 Visits to Pregnant Women during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Pilolodaa Health Center in 2022.
The population in this study were 86 pregnant women who were in the working area of ��������the Pilolodaa Health Center, with the sample determined using a purposive sampling formula with the number obtained being 70 respondents. This study used an analytic observational approach with a cross sectional design. Data collection used observation sheets, data analysis used the Chi Square test.
Statistical test results The effect of travel time on K4 visits obtained a p-value of 0.299, the effect of mileage on K4 visits obtained a p-value of 0.308, the effect of transportation on K4 visits obtained a p-value of 0.01.
In conclusion, the effect of distance and travel time on K4 visits to pregnant women there is no significant relationship, while the effect of transportation on visits K4 has a significant relationship
