Imunisasi adalah suatu upaya untuk menimbulkan atau meningkatkan kekebalan seseorang secara aktif terhadap suatu penyakit sehingga bila suatu saat terpajan dengan penyakit tersebut tidak akan sakit atau hanya mengalami sakit ringan. Rumusan Masalah Bagaimana Pengaruh Pengetahuan Ibu, Sikap Orang Tua, dan Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Pemberian Imunisasi Lanjutan pada Program BIAS di SD Integaral Hdayatullah Kota Barat. Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengathui Faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian imunisasi lanjutan pada Program BIAS di SD Integral Hidayatullah Kota Barat.
Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Observasional Analitik dengan Desain Cross Sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 103 siswa dan Sampel berjumlah 99 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total Sampling.
Hasil Analisis Data ini menggunakan analisis uji Chi-square menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh Pengetahuan Ibu (p����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½������¯������¿������½����¯�¿�½������¯����¯�¿�½������¿����¯�¿�½������½����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������¯����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������¿����¯�¿�½���¯���¿���½����¯�¿�½������½ = 0,095), ada pengaruh Sikap Orang Tua (p = 0,000), dan tidak ada pengaruh Dukungan Keluarga (p = 0,511), dengan Pemberian Imunisasi Lanjutan pada Program Bulan Imunisasi Anak Sekolah (BIAS) di SD Integral Hidayatullah Kota Barat.
Simpulan tidak ada pengaruh Pengetahuan Ibu terhadap Pemberian Imunisasi Lanjutan, ada pengaruh Sikap Orang Tua terhadap Pemberian Imunisasi Lanjutan, dan tidak ada pengaruh Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Pemberian Imunisasi Lanjutan. Saran bagi responden atau orang tua (ayah/ibu) agar dapat memperhatikan kelengkapan imunisasi anaknya dan tidak terlalu mendengar berita-berita hoaks tentang imunisasi.

Abstract
Immunization is an effort to actively generate or increase a person����¯�¿�½����s immunity to a disease so that if one day person is exposed to teh disease, she/he is not ill or only exprerices mild illness. The problem statement in this research is how the effect of Mother����¯�¿�½����s Knowledge, Parental Attitude, and Family Suport on Provision of Advanced Immunization in the BIAS Program at SD Integral Hidayatullah Kota Barat is. The research objective is to determine the factors affecting the provesion of advanced immunization in the BIAS Program at SD Integral Hidayatullah Kota Barat.
This research is classified as Analytical Observation the empols Cross Sectional Design. The population in thi current research are 103 students, whereas the samples are 99 students in which the are determined through total sampling.
The result of data analysis using Chi-Square test analysis indicates the absence of effect of Mother����¯�¿�½����s Knowledge (p = 0,095), the emergence of effect of Parental Attitude (p = 0,000), and the absence of effect of Family Support (p = 0,511) on the Provision of Advanced Immunization in the School Children Immunization Month (BIAS) Program at SD Integral Hidayatullah Kota Barat
In conclusion, there is no effect of mother����¯�¿�½����s knowladge on the provision of advanced immunization, there is an affect of parental attitude on the provision of advanced immunization, and there is no efffect of family support on the provision of advanced immunization.As a recommendation, the respondents of parents (father/mother) should pay attention to the completeness of their children����¯�¿�½����s immunization and not be misled by hoax news about immunization.
