Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Puskesmas yang ada dikota Gorontalo memiliki jumlah petugas pendaftaran yang berbeda-beda yakni 7 dari 10 Puskesmas yang ada hanya memiliki ���±3 petugas. Minimnya tenaga pada bagian pendaftaran seringkali mengakibatkan penumpukan antrian, hal ini dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jumlah optimal tenaga pendaftaran dengan metode WISN.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode observasi. Populasi yaitu petugas pendaftaran yang ada diloket Puskesmas Se-Kota Gorontalo yang berjumlah 28 petugas. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu total sampling sehingga jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan formulir work sampling. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan selanjutnya dinarasikan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Jumlah kebutuhan tenaga pendaftaran yang ada dipuskesmas se-kota gorontalo yakni 40 petugas sedangkan yang tersedia berjumlah 28 petugas. Disimpulkan bahwa untuk medapatkan jumlah petugas pendaftaran yang optimal perlu penambahan petugas. Disarankan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan penambahan/ pengurangan tenaga pendaftaran dengan perhitungan analisis beban kerja.

The public health centers (Puskesmas) in Gorontalo have a different number of registration Officers, namely 7 out of 10 existing Puskesmas only have 43 olficers, The lack of registration officers at the registration department often results in gucues piling up which can affect the level of patients' satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal number Of registration officers using the WISN method.
This research is guantitative research with an observation method. The population is the registration officer at the public health center's counters in Gorontalo City, totaling 28 officers. The sampling technigue used total sampling So that the number of samples is the same as the total population. The research instrument used a work sampling form. The data were analyzed descriptively and explained narratively.
The results of this study indicate that the number of registration officers needed at the public health centers throughout the city of Gorontalo is 40 officers, while the available number is 28 officers. It is concluded that in order to obtain the optimal number of registration officers, additional Officers were needed. Thus, it is suggested that the results of this study can be used as consideration for the addition and reduction of registration officers by calculating the workload
analysis.
