Abstrak
Metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE) merupakan salah satu metode yang membandingkan waktu penyelesaian kerja dan waktu kerja yang tersedia secara objektif, FTE ini dibutuhkan untuk menunjukkan tugas masing-masing, ditentukan secara keseluruhan dengan tingkat aktivitas pelayanan.
Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Subyek penelitian atau responden merupakan pihak-pihak yang dijadikan sebagai sampel, sumber data atau sumber informasi yang berkaitan dengan variabel penelitian. Adapun subyek dalam penelitian ini yaitu tenaga rekam medis yang berjumlah 26 Tenaga Rekam Medis Di RSUD Dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 13 Tenaga Rekam Medis yang memiliki kategori beban kerja normal, 4 Tenaga Rekam Medis yang memiliki kategori beban kerja underload dan 9 Tenaga Rekam Medis yang memiliki kategori beban kerja overload. Berdasarkan perhitungan menggunakan metode FTE bahwa jumlah kebutuhan tenaga Rekam Medis RSUD Dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie sebanyak 30 Tenaga Rekam Medis, sedangkan jumlah Tenaga Rekam Medis saat ini berjumlah 26 Tenaga Rekam Medis.
Simpulan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE) bahwa RSUD Dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie membutuhkan pertambahan Tenaga Rekam Medis sebanyak 4 Tenaga Rekam Medis. Disarankan agar RSUD Dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie perlu melakukan penambahan tenaga Rekam Medis sesuai dengan beban kerja yang ada menggunakan metode Full Time Equivalent (FTE).

overloaded workload. Based on calculations using the FTE method that
the number of medical record personnel needed at RSUD Dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie as much as
30 Medical Record Personnel, while the current number of Medical Record Personnel
totaling 26 Medical Record Personnel.
Conclusions based on the results of calculations using the Full Time method
Equivalent (FTE) that RSUD Dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie needs
increase in Medical Record Personnel by 4 Medical Record Personnel. Recommended
so that Dr. Hasri Ainun Habibie needs to add more recording staff
Medical according to the existing workload using the Full Time method
Equivalent (FTE).
