Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Bencana kebakaran merupakan suatu kejadian bencana non alam berbahaya yang pada dasarnya disebabkan oleh reaksi antara bahan bakar (fuel), dengan oksigen yang ada di udara atas bantuan sumber panas (heat). Rumusan masalah yang dapat dungkapkan yaitu bagaimana penerapan kesiapsiagaan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran di gedung RSTN Boalemo. Tujuan penelitian Menganalisis penerapan kesiapsiagaan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran di gedung RSTN Boalemo.
Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan induktif.. Penelitian berdasarkan infroman kunci dan informan biasa yaitu Direktur Rumah Sakit, Kepala bagian K3, dan petugas K3. Untuk informan kunci dan informan biasa melalui wawancara mendalam, dan untuk alat-alat dalam kesiapsiagaan kebakaran di Rumah Sakit menggunakan lembar observasi.
Hasil penelitian dan hasil observasi yang didapatkan bahwasanya penerapan kesiapsiagaan kebakaran sudah cukup baik, untuk sikap yang diambil sangat baik dalam kesiapsiagaan tanggap darurat kebakaran, dan pengetahuan semua informan ada yang sudah mengetahui dan beberapa masih belum terlalu memahami mengenai kesiapsiagaan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran, walaupun hanya beberapa orang saja yang pernah di ikutkan dalam pelatihan sistem tanggap darurat. dan untuk alat-alat kebakaran di Rumah Sakit masih sangat kurang yaitu tidak adanya hydran, sprinkler serta alarm kebakaran. Diharapkany Peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan penerapan kesiapsiaagaan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran di Rumah Sakit Tani Dan Nelayan Kabupaten Boalemo.

Abstract
A Fire disaster is a dangerous non-natural disaster that is caused by a reaction of fuel and oxygen in the air in the heat temperature. The formulation of the problem in this study was how to implement the fire emergency preparedness and response system in the Farmers and Fishermen Hospital of Boalemo Regency. The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of the fire emergency preparedness and response system in the Farmers and Fishermen Hospital of Boalemo Regency.
The research applied a qualitative-descriptive method with an inductive approach. The participants of this research were identified as key informants and ordinary informants, namely the Director of the Hospital, the Head of the K3 section, and the K3 officer, that was through in-depth interviews. And the availability of fire preparedness and response system tools in hospitals was identified using observation sheets.
The results of this study showed that 1) the implementation of the fire preparedness and response system was running quite well, and the attitude regarding emergency response was very good 2) some informants understood the procedure well, and some others did not, due to only a few people have ever been included in the emergency response system training, 3) there was still a lack of required tools in hospitals like hydrants, sprinklers, and fire alarms. Thus, it is expected that further researchers can optimize the results of this study to improve the implementation of the fire emergency Preparedness and response system at the Farmers and Fishermen Hospital of Boalemo Regency.
