Abstrak
ABSTRAK
Sistem Informasi Kesehatan adalah seperangkat tatanan yang meliputi data, informasi, indikator, prosedur, perangkat, teknologi, dan sumber daya manusia yang saling berkaitan dan dikelola secara terpadu yang menyediakan dukungan informasi bagi proses pengambilan keputusan, perencanaan program kesehatan, monitoring pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dalam mendukung pembangunan kesehatan.
Tujuan untuk evaluasi mengenai sistem informasi kesehatan dari aspek sumber daya, aspek indikator, aspek produk informasi, aspek diseminasi dan penggunaan informasi dan pengukuran evaluasi sistem informasi kesehatan di Dinas Kesehatan Bone Bolango. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini Observasional Deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode observasi yang menggambarkan dan menginterpretasi objek sesuai dengan apaadanya. Tempat penelitian di Dinas Kesehatan Bone Bolango, waktu penelitian 9 Mei-3 Juni 2022. Populasi berjumlah 79 orang, subjek penelitian ini yakni 26 orang jumlah besar sampel. Instrument dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner.
Hasil penelitian, hasil evaluasi pada komponen sumber daya SIK, indikator SIK, Produk Informasi, Diseminasi dan Penggunaan Informasi, dan Pengukuran evaluasi sisitem informasi kesehatan yaitu berada dalam kategori ada tapi tidak adekuat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu, dari lima variabel menunjukkan hasil evaluasi dengan klasifikasi ada tapi tidak adekuat antara variabel.

ABSTRACT
Health Information System is a set of arrangements that include data, information, indicators, procedures, tools, technology, and human resources that are interrelated and managed in an integrated manner which provides information support for the decision-making process, health program planning. implementation monitoring, and evaluation in supporting health development.
The aim is to evaluate the health information system from the aspect of resources, indicators, information products, dissemination, and the use of information and measurement of evaluation of health information systems at Health Office of Bone Bolango Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive observation using the observation method that describes and interprets the object as it is. The research was conducted at Health Office of Bone Bolango Regency from May 9 to June 3, 2022. The population is 79 people, whereas the subjects of this study are 26 people with a large number of samples. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire.
The results of the study show that evaluation of the components of CIS resources, indicators of CIS, Information Products, Dissemination and Use of Information, as well as Measurement of the evaluation of the health information system, were in the existing but inadequate category. The conclusion of this study is that five of the variables showed evaluation results with the existing but inadequate classification between variables.
