Stres kerja merupakan perasaan yang menekan atau merasa tertekan yang dialami dalam menghadapi pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh determinan stress terhadap kejadian stress pada guru di Desa Limbatihu Kecamatan Paguyaman Pantai Kabupaten Boalemo
Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 80 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan total sampling. Variabel yang diukur yaitu gaji, massa kerja, jaringan komunikasi, perilaku siswa, pengetahuan dan stress kerja. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan data yang diperoleh dianalisis mengunakan uji chi square.
Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan variabel yang berpengaruh yaitu gaji dengan stress kerja (p = 0,046), jaringan komunikasi dengan stress kerja (p = 0,040), massa kerja dengan stress kerja (p = 0,037), dan pengetahuan dengan stress kerja (p = 0, 045), sedangkan yang tidak berpengaruh yaitu perilaku siswa dengan stres kerja (p = 0,208)
Simpulan ada pengaruh gaji, jaringan komunikasi, massa kerja, pengetahuan dengan stress kerja, dan tidak ada pengaruh perilaku siswa dengan stress kerja. Saran untuk para guru dapat mengatur waktunya dan dapat meluangkan waktu berolahraga sehingga dapat meminimalisir stres.

Work-related stress is a feeling of pressure experienced in dealing with work. The research aimed to determine the effect of stress determinants on work-related stress incidence in teachers in Limbatihu Village, Paguyaman Pantai Subdistrict, Boalemo Regency.
The research design employed a descriptive approach involving 80 respondents as samples determined through total sampling. The variables measured were salary, length of service, communication network, student behavior, knowledge, and work-related stress . the research instrument used a questionnaire and the data obtained were analyzed using the chi-square test.
The research findings signified that the influential variables were salary with work-related stress (p= 0,046), communication network with work-related stress (p= 0,040), length of service with work-related stress (p= 0,037), and knowledge with work-related stress (p= 0,045). In the mentime, the one that did not affect was the student behavior with work-related stress (p= 0,208).
In brief, salary, communication network, length of service, and knowledge affected work-related stress, whereas student behavior did not affect work-related stress. As a recommendation, the teachers should manage their time and spend time exercising to minimize stress.
