Abstrak
Cakupan pelayanan antenatal dapat di pantau melalui cakupan pelayanan K1 Dan K4. Cakupan K1 adalah cakupan ibu hamil yang mendapatkan pelayanan ANC sesuai standar yang pertama kali pada masa kehamilan dan tidak tergantung usia kehamilan (K1),sedangkan cakupan kunjungan ibu hamil K4 adalah cakupan ibu hamil yang telah memperoleh pelayanan ANC sesua standar palng sedikit 4 kali di satu wilayah kerja pada kurun waktu tertentu. Ibu hamil di anjurkan untuk melakukan pengawasan antenatal setidaknya sebanyak 4 kali. rumusan masalah adalah faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan antenatal care (ANC) di Puskesmas Sipatana Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan antenatal care (ANC) di Puskesmas Sipatana Kota Gorontalo.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah adalah ibu hamil trimester 3 yang beradadiwilayah kerja puskesmas Sipatana sebanyak 177 pada saat penelitian berlangsung. dengan sampel yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus purposive sampling dengan jumlah yang diperoleh yaitu 122 responden.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan survei analitik dengan rancangan Cross Sectional, Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square.Hasil uji statistik Kepuasan ibu Hamil Di Puskesmas Sipatana didapatkan p-value sebesar 0,035, dukungan keluarga ibu hamil dipuskesmas sipatana didapatkan p-value sebesar 0,024, tingkat kepuasan ibu hamil di puskesmas sipatana didapatkan p-value sebesar 0,018,Simpulan tingkat kepuasan riwayaat penyakit sebelumnya dengan pemanfaatan antenal care di puskesmas sipatana, tingkat kepuasan pemanfaatan pelayanan antenal care di puskesmas sipatana, tingkat kepuasan dengan pemanfaatan antenal care di puskesmas sipatanan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan.Saran diharapkan kepada keluarga ibu hamil agar lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan ibu hamil agar rutin memeriksakan kehamilannya.
The coverage of antenatal service can be monitored through the coverage of K1 and K4 service.K1 coverage is the coverage of pregnant women who receive ANC services according to standards for the first time during pregnancy and does not depend on gestational age (K1). Pregnant women are suggested to carry out antenatal surveillance at least 4 time.The formulation of the problem is what factors are related to the utilization of antenatal care (ANC) at Sipatana Public Health Center, Gorontalo City.This study aims to determine the factors associated with the utilization of antenatal care (ANC) serves at Sipatana Public Health Center,Gorontalo City.The population in this study were 177 third trimester pregnant was determined using a purposive sampling formula with a total of 122 respondents.The research applied an analytic survey apporoach with Cross Secionaal Design.The research applied an analytic survey approach with Cross Sectional Design.The results of the statistical test for the history of pregnant women obtained p-vslue of 0.003,family support of 0,024,and the level of statisfactiopn of 0.018. Thus,the conclusions drawn included the level of statisfaction with the history of prior illnesses with the use of antenatal care,the level of statisfaction with the use of antenatal care services,and the significance of the relationshin between family support and the use of antenatal care at sipatana Public Halth Center Additionally,it is expected that the relatives of the pregnant women would pay closer attention and will remind the to check their pregnancy regulael.
