Abstrak
Anemia adalah keadaan dimana terjadi penurunan jumlah masa eritrosit yang ditunjukkan oleh penurunan kadar hemoglobin, hematokrit dan hitung eritrosit. Rumusan masalah penelitian, bagaimana gambaran evaluasi pelaksanaan program pemberian tablet tambah darah berdasarkan variabel input, proses dan output. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui input, proses, dan output pelaksanaan program pemberian tablet tambah darah bagi remaja putri di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Talaga Jaya Kabupaten Gorontalo.
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan berjumlah 18 orang yang terdiri dari, Kepala Puskesmas, Pemegang Program Kefarmasian, Pemegang Program Tablet Tambah Darah dan Pembina UKS sebagai informan kunci, serta siswa remaja putri sebagai informan biasa. Analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini yaitu evaluasi input pelaksanaan program pemberian tablet tambah darah bagi remaja putri di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Talaga Jaya Kabupaten Gorontalo masih terdapat remaja putri yang tidak mengikuti sosialisasi. Untuk evaluasi proses masih terjadi kekurangan stok, masih terdapat remaja putri yang tidak memiliki buku raport kesehatanku dan tidak mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah. Untuk evaluasi output yaitu capaian yang dimiliki belum sesuai keadaan dan masih terdapat ketidakpatuhan remaja putri dalam mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah. Saran bagi remaja putri agar kiranya lebih mematuhi dalam mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah, bagi Pihak Sekolah menyediakan program kesehatan seperti program PIK-R, bagi Dinas Kesehatan melakukan evaluasi langsung ke sekolah, dan menjadi bahan bacaan, informasi dan sebagai bahan referensi bagi mahasiswa Jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat UNG.

Formulation of the research problem, what is the description of the evaluation of the implementation of the iron supplement administration program based on input, process and output variables. The aim of the study was to determine the input, process, and output of the program for administering blood-boosting tablets to young women in the working area of ����¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½����¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½the Talaga Jaya Health Center, Gorontalo District.
This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. There were 18 informants consisting of the Head of the Health Center, Pharmacy Program Holders, Holders of the Blood Supplement Tablet Program and UKS Trustees as key informants, as well as young female students as regular informants. Data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The results of this study were evaluating the input of the program for administering blood-added tablets to young women in the working area of ����¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½����¯�¿�½�¯�¿�½the Talaga Jaya Health Center, Gorontalo Regency, where there were still young women who did not participate in socialization. For process evaluation there is still a shortage of stock, there are still young women who don't have my health report card and don't take iron tablets. For output evaluation, namely the achievements that have not been in accordance with the circumstances and there are still non-adherence of young women in taking iron tablets. Suggestions for young women to be more obedient in consuming blood-boosting tablets, for schools to provide health programs such as the PIK-R program, for the Health Service to conduct evaluations directly at schools, and serve as reading material, information and as reference material for students of the Department of Public Health UNG.
