Komunikasi dalam organisasi merupakan komunikasi yang mengalirkan informasi dari berbagai macam posisi atau kedudukan masing-masing sesuai dengan batas tanggung jawab dan wewenangnya. Kinerja pegawai dianggaap penting bagi organisasi karena keberhasilan suatu organisasi dipengaruhi oleh kinerja itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Puskesmas. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi vertikal (X_1) terdapat 24 pegawai (55,8%) yang memiliki komunikasi vertikal sangat baik. Komunikasi horizontal terdapat 35 pegawai (81,4%) yang memiliki komunikasi horizontal sangat baik, dan terdapat 25 pegawai (58%) yang memiliki kinerja sangat baik. Hasil uji t hitung komunikasi vertikal dengan nilai sig. 0,036

Communication within the organization flows information from various positions in accordance with the limits of their responsibilities and authorities. Employee performance is considered important for the organization because the success of an organization is influenced by the performance itself. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational communication on employee performance at the Public Health Center.
This study is a quantitative study with the population of 43 people. The
sampling technique used a total sampling technique and used a questionnaire as the research instrument. The data analysis technique used a Multiple Linear Regression test.
The results of this study show that there are 24 employees (55.8%) in vertical communication (X) who have very good vertical communication. On the other hand, in horizontal communication, there are 35 employees (81.4%) who have very good horizontal communication, and there are 25 employees (58%) who have very good work performance. The results of the vertical communication arithmetic test with the value of SIG. 0.036
