Abstrak
Kinerja pegawai di puskesmas sangat penting dalam mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, sehingga dibutuhkan kemampuan dan keterampilan yang baik untuk menghasilkan prestasi kerja terbaik, seperti self efficacy (efikasi diri) dan career adaptability (adaptabilitas karir). Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh self efficacy dan career adaptability terhadap kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Bulawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango.
Jenis penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional study. Populasi yaitu seluruh pegawai di Puskesmas Bulawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango yang berjumlah 35 orang, dan dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling sehingga jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paling banyak responden dengan self efficacy kategori sedang (85.7%), career adaptability kategori sedang (88.6%), dan kinerja pegawai kategori cukup (85.7%). Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara self efficacy (p=0.000; R=0.684; R���²=0,468) dan career adaptability (p=0.024; R=0.625; R���²=0.700) terhadap kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Bulawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Semakin tinggi self efficacy dan career adaptability, maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Bulawa Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Disarankan bagi pegawai Puskesmas Bulawa agar lebih meningkatkan self efficacy dan career adaptability, sehingga dapat lebih percaya diri menghadapi segala tuntutan pekerjaan dan mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan kerja guna mencapai target hasil yang telah ditetapkan.

Employee performance is crucial in achieving the good quality of health services. Therefore, good skills and abilities are needed to produce the best work performance, such as self-efficacy and career adaptability. The study aimed to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and career adaptability on employee performance at the Bulawa Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency. This study was an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional study design. The population were all employees at the Bulawa Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency, with the total of 35 employees. This study used the total sampling technique and the number of samples was the same as the population.
In addition, the data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using a simple linear regression test. The results of the study showed that most respondents had moderate category of self-efficacy (85.7%), moderate category of career adaptability (88.6%), and sufficient employee performance (85.7%). There was a significant influence between self-efficacy ( p = 0 ; R = 0.684 R * 2 = 0.468 ) and career adaptability ( p = 0.024 ; R = 0.562 R ^ 2 = 0.316 ) on employee performance at the Bulawa Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency. The higher the self-efficacy and career adaptability, the better the performance of employees at the Bulawa Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency. It is recommended that the employees of Bulawa Health Center improve their self-efficacy and career adaptability. Therefore, they can be more confident in facing all job demands and adapt to the work environment to achieve their goals.
