Seledri (Apium graveolens L.) adalah salah satu tanaman herba yang kaya akan manfaatnya untuk kesehatan. Salah satu manfaat seledri ini adalah dapat berfungsi sebagai anti jamur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memformulasikan shampo lotion ekstrak etanol seledri (Apium graveolens L) dan mengetahui uji aktivitas antijamur Candida albicans. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental laboratorium, dimana diawali dengan melakukan optimasi basis. Dalam optimasi basis untuk mendapatkan formula basis yang baik dibuat 3 formula yang memvariasikan bahan peningkat viskositas. Selanjutnya dibuat Formula (F1), (F2) dan (F3) shampo lotion ekstrak etanol seledri (Apium graveolens L.) dengan konsentrasi zat aktif yang berbeda-beda, dimana F1 dengan konsentrasi 5%, F2 dengan konsentrasi 10% dan F3 dengan konsentrasi 15%. Semua formula dievaluasi fisik meliputi uji organoleptik, uji viskositas, dan uji pH sediaan serta dilakukan uji aktivitas antijamur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan F2 dengan konsentrasi ekstrak etanol seledri 10% yang memiliki stabilitas fisik yang baik dan uji aktivitas terhadap jamur paling optimum.

Celery (Apium graveolens L) is one of herb plants that have a lot of benefit for health. One of them has a function as anti fungus. The aims of this research are to formulate lotion's shampoo extracts ethanol celery (Apium graveolens L) and to know the test of anti fungus activity Candida albicans. This is laboratory experimental research that begins by optimasi basis. In optimasi basis to get good basis formula is made 3 formulas that can varied the material to raise viscosities. Then, made formulas (F1), (F2) and (F3) lotion's shampoo extracts ethanol celery (Apium graveolens L) with variably active substance concentration, F1 with 5% concentration, F2 10% concentration and F3 15% concentration. All the formulas have physical evaluated that covers organoleptik test, viscosities test, and PH test also the test of anti fungus activity. The result of this research shows that F2 with 10% extracts ethanol celery concentration have a good physical stability and most optimum activity test to fungus.
