High Alert adalah obat yang perlu diwaspadai karena sering menyebabkan terjadi
kesalahan serius ( Sentinel Event), obat yang beresiko tinggi menyebabkan
dampak yang tidak dinginkan. Kelompok obat High Alert diantaranya 1, Look
Alike Sound Alike / LASA 2. Elektrolit Konsentrasi Tinggi 3. Obat-obat
Sitostatika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran
penyimpanan obat High Alert di Instalasi RSUD Bumi Panua Pohuwato, Hasil
Penelitian diharapkan tenaga teknis kefarmasian lebih memperbaiki system
penyimpanan obat Khususnya obat High Alert agar penyimpanan obatnya dapat
menjamin kualitas dan keamanan, sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan/ eror yang
tidak di inginkan, dan juga agar meningkatkan pelayanan yang aman di Rs
sehingga masyarakat mendapatkan pelayanan yang maksimal. Dalam penelitian
ini digunakan metode survey deskriptif untuk menggambarkan penyimpanan obat.
Obat High Alert di RSUD Bumi Panua Pohuwato, hasil pengamatan dianalisa
dengan menggunakan lembar checklist, berdasarkan data yang diperoleh bahwa
penyimpanan obat-obat High Alert di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Bumi Panua
Pohuwato mendapatkan presentase 97,2 % dan masuk kategori sangat baik

High Alert drugs require great attention due to being the often cause of Sentinel
events, in which drugs with high risks can cause adverse effects. High Alert drug
groups include Look Alike Sound Alike / LASA, High Concentration
Electrolytes, Cytostatics Drugs. The purpose of this study is to determine the
description of high Alert drug storage in Bumi Panua Pohuwato Regional Public
Hospital.The results of the study expected pharmaceutical technical personnel to
improve the drug storage system, especially High Alert drugs so that the drug
storage can ensure quality and safety in order to avoid undesirable errors while
also improve safe services in hospitals in order to provide optimal service for the
community. This study used a descriptive survey method to describe drug storage
of High Alert drugs in the hospital, while the observation results were analyzed
using a checklist sheet. Based on the data obtained, the storage of High Alert
drugs in the hospital received a percentage of 97.2% and is qualified in the
excellent category.
