Infeksi saluran kemih (ISK) merupakan kondisi dimana saluran kemih terinfeksi oleh patogen yang menyebabkan peradangan dan inflamasi, untuk megobati infeksi tersebut digunakan antibiotik. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji studi penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien infeksi saluran kemih di RSUD Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Data yang digunakan di peroleh dari rekam medik RSUD Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Tahun 2015 berupa nomor rekam medik, jenis kelamin, umur, gejalah klinis, diagnosa serta obat yang digunakan, dicatat pada lembar pengumpulan data kemudian diolah dengan analisis deskriptif
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan antibiotik pada pasien infeksi saluran kemih di RSUD. Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe tahun 2015 dari 31 pasien di peroleh 29 menggunakan obat sesuai standar pengobatan medik yaitu ciprofloxacin (54,8%) cefixim (29,0%) cefadroxil (3,2%) ceftriaxone (6,5%), kecuali penggunaan antibiotik yang tidak sesuai dengan standar pelayanan medik terdapat 2 pasien yaitu penggunaan obat cefitaxim (6,5%).

Urinary tract infection (UTI) is as a condition where urinary tract is infected by the pathogen that causes inflammation and inflammatory. The purpose of the research is to examine the use of antibiotics in patients study urinary tract infections at, Prof. Dr. h. Aloei Saboe 2015. This research is descriptive research type with retrospective data retrieval. The data used in the medical record obtained from Prof. Dr. h. Aloei Saboe 2015 in the form of medical record number, gender, age, clinical, diagnosis and the drugs used, note on data collection sheet is then processed with descriptive analysis.
Based on the results of the research that has been done then it can be concluded that the use of antibiotics in patients of urinary tract infections in Prof. Dr. h. Aloei Saboe 2015 from 31 patients in drug use 29 earn standard medical treatment i.e. ciprofloxacin (54.8 per cent) cefixim (29,0%) cefadroxil (3.2%) ceftriaxone (6.5%), except for the use of antibiotics that are not in accordance with the standards of medical services there are two patients, namely drug use cefitaxim (6.5%).
