Gastritis merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan saluran pencernaan yang paling sering terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji penggunaan obat pada pasien gastritis di RSUD Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Data yang digunakan di peroleh dari rekam medik RSUD Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto berupa nomor rekam medik, jenis kelamin, umur, gejala klinis, diagnosa serta obat yang digunakan, di catat pada lembar pengambilan data kemudian diolah dengan analisis deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian penggunaan obat pada pasien gastritis di RSUD Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto tahun 2016 dari 33 Pasien diperoleh 26 pasien menggunakan obat sesuai Standar Pengobatan Medik yaitu sebesar 81-82%, Kecuali penggunaan antibiotik tidak sesuai karena terdapat 1 pasien didiagnosa infeksi virus, dan 6 pasien tidak ditemukan adanya infeksi bakteri tetapi diberikan antibiotik. Ada juga terapi tambahan yang digunakan yakni larutan elektrolit, antiemetik, analgesic, antipiretik dan antidiare.

The purpose of this research is to examine the use of drugs on patients In RSUD. Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto 2016. This research is descriptive research type with retrospective data retrieval. The data used in the get from medical record form of medical record RSUD. Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto number, gender, age, clinical symptoms, diagnosis and drug use, in the note on a sheet of data retrieval and then processed with descriptive analysis. Results of the study drug use at the RSUD. Dr. m. m. Dunda Limboto 2016. from 33 Patients obtained 26 of the patients using the drug according to the standard Medical Treatment, except for the use of antibiotics is not appropriate as there are 1 patient was diagnosed with viral infections, and 6 patients not found the presence of a bacterial infection but given antibiotics. There are also additional therapies are used namely electrolyte solution, antiemetic, analgesicand, antipyretic and Antidiarrhoeal.
