Penyimpanan perbekalan farmasi merupakan satu mata rantai dalam proses pengelolaan obat injeksi dan alat kesehatan di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit termasuk kecocokan kesesuaian obat injeksi dan alat kesehatan, pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi antara lain perencanaan, perbekalan, distribusi, penyimpanan dan penggunaan. Apabilah pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi dalam sistem penyimpanan tidak dilakukan dengan baik maka semua rangkaian kegiatan akan berjalan sia-sia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaian penggunaan perbekalan farmasi di Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Prof. Dr. Hi. Aloei Saboe Kota Gorontalo berdasarkan indikator kecocokan antara barang dengan kartu stok. Indikator dari penyimpanan obat injeksi dan alat kesehatan adalah indikator kecocokan antara barang dengan kartu stok serta kecocokan dengan laporan akhir bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil evaluasi penyimpanan dan kesesuaian obat injeksi dan Alat kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Prof. Dr. Hi. Aloei Saboe adalah indikator kecocokan antara barang dengan kartu stok dan laporan akhir bulan adalah 100 % sehingga indikator kesesuaian barang (obat injeksi dan alat kesehatan) sudah memenuhi standar.

Storage of pharmaceutical is one link in the process of management of injection drugh and medical devices in the hospital pharmacy installation including injection drugh suitability and compatibility of medical devices, pharmaceutical supply management including planning, supplies, distribution, storage and use. Management of pharmaceutical supplies in the storage system is not done properly then allof a series of activities will run in vain. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the use of pharmaceuticals in the installation of Hospital Pharmacy Prof. Dr. Hi. Aloei Saboe Gorontalo City based indicators of match between goods with the card stock. Indicators of storage injection drugs and medical devices are indicators of match between goods with the card stock as well as compatibility with the final report of the month. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the evaluation of the suitability of storage and injection of drugs and medical equipment in hospitals Prof. Dr. Hi. Aloei Saboe is an indicator of a match between the goods to card stock and a final report a month is 100%, so the indicator conformity of the goods (drug injection and medical devices) to meet the standard.
