Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit infeksi yang disebabkan bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis, tuberkulosis masih merupakan masalah kesehatan bahkan di negara berkembang. Dalam pengobatan tuberkulosis, selain pemberian antibiotik, diberikan juga obat penunjang simptomatik. Pemberian antibiotik bersamaan dengan obat lain dapat menimbulkan efek yang tidak diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi obat pada penderita tuberkulosis pasien dewasa di instalasi rawat inap di RSUD. Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto Kabupaten Gorontalo Tahun 2020. Penelitian bersifat observasional, dengan cara pengambilan data retrospektif. Subyek penelitian adalah 106 pasien dewasa tuberkulosis dengan penyakit penyerta selama periode Juli sampai Desember 2020. Analisis data interaksi obat berdasarkan Drug Interaction Checker dan Drug Interaction Facts. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jenis obat antituberkulosis yang banyak digunakan adalah kombinasi dari HRZE (93%), HR (5%), HRE (2%). Selain obat antituberkulosis pasien juga diberikan obat terapi penyakit penyerta. Hasil kejadian interaksi yang terjadi yaitu interaksi minor (58%), interaksi moderat (38%), dan interaksi mayor (4%). Interaksi obat pada pasien tuberkulosis dengan penyakit penyerta di RSUD Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto masih cukup tinggi. Sehingga masih sangat diperlukan peran farmasis ataupun apoteker dalam pengawasan ataupun monitoring pasien dalam mengkonsumsi obat.

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria, which still happens to be a health problem even in developing countries. In the treatment of tuberculosis, symptomatic supporting drugs are also given in addition to antibiotics. Giving antibiotics and other drugs simultaneously can cause unexpected effects. This research aimed to determine drug interactions in adult tuberculosis patients in inpatient installations at Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto Hospital, Gorontalo District in 2020. The research was observational with retrospective data collection. The research subjects were 106 adult tuberculosis patients with comorbidities during the period of July to December 2020. Analysis of drug interaction data was based on Drug Interaction Checker and Drug Interaction Facts. The results showed that the most widely used anti-tuberculosis drug was the combination of HRZE (93%), HR (5%), HRE (2%). In addition to anti-tuberculosis drugs, patients were also given medication to treat comorbidities. The results of the interactions that occurred were minor interactions (58%), moderate interactions (38%), and major interactions (4%). Drug interactions in tuberculosis patients with comorbidities in Dr. M.M Dunda Limboto Hospital were fairly high. Thus, the role of pharmacists is very much needed in supervising or monitoring patients in taking drugs.
