Kolaborasi atau kerjasama antar profesi kesehatan adalah hal yang berpengaruh dalam mengoptimalkan pelayanan kesehatan pasien. Kolaborasi dalam hubungan kerja antara tenaga kesehatan dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada pasien dengan melakukan diskusi tentang pemberian dosis obat, melakukan kerja sama dalam asuhan kesehatan, saling berkonsultasi atau komunikasi serta masing-masing bertanggung jawab pada pekerjaannya. Untuk melihat hal tersebut maka akan dilihat dengan merujuk pada kolaborasi yang diusulkan oleh Mcdonough dan Doucette. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melihat kolaborasi antara apoteker dan dokter dalam pelayanan resep di Puskesmas Kota Timur dengan model kolaborasi Mcdonough dan Doucette serta melihat hambatan apa saja yang terjadi dalam kolaborasi antara apoteker dan dokter dalam pelayanan resep di puskesmas Kota Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode in-dept interview (wawancara mendalam) dengan menggunankan pedoman wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini adalah apoteker dan dokter yang ada di Puskesmas kota timur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kolaborasi apoteker dan dokter di Puskesmas Kota Timur dengan melihat model hubungan Mcdonough dan Doucette yakni sudah pada tahapan 3 atau yang disebut Professional Relationship Expansion (perluasan hubungan professional). Adapun hambatan yang didapatkan dalam kolaborasi antara apoteker dan dokter yakni, kurangnya komunikasi antara apoteker dan dokter. Hal in pun yang mengharuskan untuk apoteker untuk menemui langsung dokter, begitu pun sebaliknya dokter yang menemui apoteker jika ada masalah dalam terkait resep obat.

Collaboration or cooperation between health professionals is influential in optimizing patient health services. Collaboration between health works can provide services to patients by discussing drug dosages, cooperation in health care, consulting each other or communicating with each other, and being responsible for their work. This study refers to Mcdonough and Doucette���s proposal to see the collaboration. This study aims to see the collaboration between pharmacists and physicians in prescription services at Puskesmas Kota Timur by using the Mcdonough and Doucette collaboration model, and to see what obstacles occur in the collaboration between pharmacists and physicians in prescription services at Puskesmas Kota Timu. This study uses an in-depth interview method with interview guidelines. The subject is pharmacists and physicians at Puskesmas Kota Timur. The finding shows that the collaboration between pharmacists and physicians at Puskesmas Kota Timur based on the Mcdonough and Doucette relationship model is already at stage 3 or what is called Professional Relationship Expansion. The obstacle encountered in the collaboration between pharmacists and physicians is the lack of communication. This also requires pharmacists to see physicians directly, and vise versa, the physicians who go to see the pharmacists if there are problems related to drug prescriptions.
