Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah "Apakah penerapan metode berpasangan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi passing atas di kelas V SDN 96 Sipatana Kota Gorontalo Kecamatan Toili Kabupaten Banggai?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar passing atas permainan bolah voli dengan menggunakan metode berpasangan pada siswa kelas V SDN 96 Sipatana Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Pada pelaksanaan observasi pada pembelajaran passing atas dalam permainan bola voli, hasil belajar siswa belum sesuai dengan harapan dan kemampuan siswa melakukan passing atas perlu ditingkatkan. Hasil tes observasi awal diperoleh nilai rata-rata 39,21 dan tidak ada yang mencapai nilai 75.

Abstract
The problem in this research is "Does the application of pairwise method can improve student learning outcomes in the material passing over in class V SDN 96 Sipatana Gorontalo District of Toili Banggai?". The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcome else is to be passing on the volleyball game using the unpaired students of class V SDN 96 Sipatana Gorontalo. This research is a classroom action research data collection method is observation, testing, and documentation. On the implementation of observation on learning passing on in a game of volleyball, student learning outcomes have not been in line with expectations and abilities of students doing passing on to be improved. The test results of preliminary observations obtained by the average value of 39.21 and no one reaches 75.
