Masalah Dalam penilitian ini adalah rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan Pukulan Forehand Dalam Permainan Tenismeja Siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan Metode teams games tournament. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan Pukulan Forehand Dalam Permainan Tenismeja Siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kabila Melalui Metode teams games tournament. Tujuan Penilitian Tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa besar peningktan keterampilan pukulan forehand dalam permainan tenismeja siswa Kelas kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 menggunakan Metode teams games tournament. Hipotesis tindakan jika dalam penelitian yaitu dengan melelui metode Teams Games Tourament maka keterampilan pukulan forehand pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kabila dapat ditingkatkan. Indikator kinerja jika rata-rata terjadi peningkatan keterampilan Pukulan Forehand pada Siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kabila mencapai klasifikasi nilai 80% Maka penilitian Ini selesai serta dinyatakan berhasil. Berdasarkan analisis data maka dapat diketahui belajar Siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kabila dalam menggunakan keterampilan pukulan forehand pada cabang olahraga tenismeja dapat meningkat. Dari observasi awal diperolah nilai rat-rata 33,82. Pada siklus 1 diperolah nilai rata-rata 60,99 atau meningkat sebesar 27,17, hal tersebut belum mencapai indicator pencapaian yaitu 75. Kemudian pada pelaksanaan siklus II diperolah nilai rat-rata 82,82 atau dapat menikat sebesar 21,83. Maka dengan demikian hipotesisi tindakan yang diajukan dapat diterimah dan penilitian selesai pada siklus II.

To solve these problems is by using Method teams tournament games. This research aims to improve the skills of Forehand Stroke In Games table tennis students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Kabila Through Method teams tournament games. The purpose of this class action's research is to know some great peningktan skills in the game of table tennis forehand grade students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 using Method teams tournament games. Hypothesis action if the research is to melelui method Teams Games Tourament of the skills of a forehand on a class XI student of SMAN 1 Kabila can be improved. Performance indicators if the average increased skill blow Forehand in Grade XI SMA Negeri 1 Kabila reached 80% value classifications So penilitian It is finished and declared a success. Based on the analysis of data then can be learned students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Kabila in using the skills of a forehand on the sport table tennis can be increased. From the initial observation diperolah The mean value of 33.82. In cycle 1 obtained the average value of 60.99, an increase of 27.17, it has not reached that achievement indicator 75. Later on the implementation of the second cycle The mean value obtained 82.82 or can menikat at 21.83.
