Abstrak

Abstrak Masalah yang ditemukan dalam penelitian pada senam ketangkasan di SDN 4 Tilongkabila yakni kurangnya penguasaan gerak dasar roll depan serta penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang masih kurang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan gerak dasar roll depan pada senam lantai melalui metode modeling di kelas V SDN 4 Tilongkabila. Kata Kunci : Roll Depan, Senam Lantai, Metode Modeling. Abstract Problems found in the study on gymnastic dexterity in SDN 4 Tilongkabila namely the lack of mastery of the basic movement of the front roll and the use of learning methods that are less effective. This study aims to improve the basic motion on the front roll gymnastics floor through modeling method in class V SDN 4 Tilongkabila. Keywords : Roll Forward, Gymnastics Floor, Modeling Methods.
