Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: bagaimanakah kinerja guru PJOK alumni PJKR Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan UNG di Madrasah se-Kecamatan Tilamuta? Penelitian ini akan menliterasi kinerja alumni Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja guru PJOK alumni PJKR Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan UNG di Madrasah se-Kecamatan Tilamuta? Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian analisis data yang telah dilakukan di Madrasah se-Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo Provinsi Gorontalo, dengan subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru PJOK alumni Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan dan Rekreasi, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 5 responden dari berbagai sekolah yang ada di Madrasah Kecamatan Tilamuta. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dengan menyebarkan kuesioner ke setiap responden yang ada di tiap Madrasah se-Kecamatan Tilamuta maka diperoleh hasil dengan penjabaran berdasar tahun lulusan, sekolah tempat responden bekerja, jabatan serta mulai kerja responden di tempat mereka bekerja, serta hasil kinerja responden dengan berdasarkan penilaian dari kepala sekolah, rekan kerja dan juga siswa.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara keseluruhan kinerja guru PJOK alumni PJKR selama bekerja yang meliputi setiap keahlian, diperoleh hasil dengan kategori Baik dengan persentase sebesar 20%, untuk kategori Sedang memperoleh hasil persentase sebesar 60%, dan pada kategori Kurang memperoleh persentase sebesar 20%.

The research problem is: how is the performance of PJOK teachers of alumni of PJKR, Faculty of sports and health, UNG in Madrasah throughout Tilamuta sub-district?. This research studies the performance of alumni of the physical education, health, and recreation study program to find out the performance of PJOK teachers of alumni of PJKR, faculty of sports and health, UNG in madrasah throughout tilamuta sub-district. This research uses a survey method with descriptive quantitative analysis.
Based on data analysis results conducted in madrasah throughout tilamuta sub-district, boalemo regency, gorontalo province, with PJOK teachers alumni of physical education, health and recreation, faculty of sports and health, universitas negeri gorontalo as the subjects. The samples obtained were 5 respondents from various schools in madrasah in tilamuta sub-district. After conducting research by distributing questionnaires to each respondent in each madrasah in tilamuta sub-district, the result were obtained by elaborating based on the year of graduation, the school where the respondent worked, the position and starting work, as well as the results of the respondent����¯�¿�½����s performance based on an assessment from principals, colleagues, and students.
Based on the result of the overall analysis of the performance of PJOK teachers alumni of PJKR while working, whinch includes every skill obtained in the Good cSSSategory with a percentage of 20%, the medium category of 60%, and the poor category of 20%.
