DALAM PERMAINAN SEPAKTAKRAW PADA
ATLT EKS PPLP GORONTALO

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan secara ilmiah tentang perbandingan pengaruh antara latiahan umpan berpasangan dengan latihan umpan menggunakan tembok terhadap ketepatan umpan. Hipotesa dalam penelitian ini : Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan umpan berpasangan dengan latihan umpan menggunakan tembok dan latihan umpan berpasangan lebih baik dari pada latihan umpan tembok.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, dengan memberikan perlakuan latihan umpan berpasangan dan latihan umpan tembok dan terprogram selama satu bulan dengan frekuensi latihan empat kali seminggu.
Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah two group pretest posttest desing, dengan sampel dibagi dalam dua kelompok sebanyak 20 orang Atlet Eks PPLP Gorontalo. Kemudian latihan diberikan selama satu bulan dan diambil tes akhir dengan menggunakan tes ketepatan umpan.
Teknik analisa data adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Uji t pada taraf signifikan =0,05 dalam analisa data pengujian hipotesa, diperoleh ttabel senilai 1.73 sesuai kriteria pengujian bahwa terima H0 jika thitung sama atau lebih kecil dari ttabel, sedangkan tolak H0 jika thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Oleh karena itu thitung (3) lebih besar dari ttabel(1.73), maka hasil analisis menunjukan tolak H0 yang berarti terima Ha atau terima hipotesis penelitian.
Dengan demikian kesimpulan analisa adalah rata-rata latihan umpan berpasangan lebih tinggi (5.6) dari rata-rata latihan umpan tembok (2) terhadap ketepatan umpan dalam permainan sepaktakraw.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare the effect scientifically about the comparison between latiahan bait bait paired with exercises using the wall of the accuracy of the bait . The hypothesis in this study : There is a difference between the effect of feedback training exercises paired with bait using bait pairs walls and exercise better than the bait practice wall.
The method used is an experimental method , by providing treatment and training exercises paired bait lures wall and programmed for a month with a frequency of exercise four times a week.
The research design used in this study was a two group pretest posttest desing , the samples were divided into two groups of 20 students of class sports . Then given training for a month and a final test is taken using bait accuracy test.
The data analysis is to use the formula t test at significance level = 0.05 in the analysis of hypothesis testing data , obtained ttable worth 1.73 corresponding testing criteria that accept H0 if t count equal to or less than ttabel. whereas reject H0 if t count greater than tTable . Therefore tcount (3) is greater than t table ( 1.73 ) , then the results of the analysis show that rejected H0 means receive or accept the research hypothesis Ha.
Thus the conclusion of the analysis is the average exercise bait pairs higher ( 5.6 ) than the average exercise bait wall ( 2 ) the accuracy of the bait in the game sepaktakraw .
