Abstrak
Novri Yanto Supu. Nim : 832 309 101. Skripsi "Pengaruh Latihan Speed Ladder Terhadap Kelincahan Pada Pemain Sepak Takraw Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Batudaa" penelitian dibawah bimbingan Drs. Ruskin, M.Pd dan Marsa Lie Tumbal, S.Pd, M.Pd.
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah masih kurangnya kelincahan pemain sepak takraw siswa SMP NEGERI 1 BATUDAA. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah latihan Speed Ladder dapat meningkatkan kelincahan siswa SMP NEGERI 1 BATUDAA.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen untuk meneliti tentang pengaruh latihan Speed Ladder terhadap kelincahan pada pemain sepak takraw. Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua variabel yaitu X (latihan speed ladder) dan variabel Y (Kelincahan).Penelitian eksperimen ini dilakukan dilapangan SMP Negeri 1 Batudaa dengan jumlah populasi 127 oarng dan sampel sebanyak 20 orang.dengan perincian adanya tes awal yaitu tes sebelum dilakukannya latihan Speed Ladder, dan tes akhir setelah dilakukannya latihan Speed Ladder. Tehnik pengumpulan data yakni menggunakan tehnik Pre Test And Post Test Design. Sesuai dengan analisis dan pembahasan : hipotesis yang berbunyi "Terdapat Pengaruh Latihan Speed Ladder Terhadap Kelincahan Service Pada Pemain Sepak Takraw Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Batudaa" dinyatakan diterima dan teruji kebenaranya. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan, dimana diperoleh harga thitung= 11,43 ttabel sebesar 2,02 dengan demikian harga thitung lebih besar dari pada harga ttabel atau harga thitung telah berada di luar daerah penerimaan Ho sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan menerima H1.
Kata Kunci : Speed Ladder, Kelincahan, Keterampilan, Sepak Takraw.

The problem in this research is still a lack of agility sepak takraw players STATE 1 Batudaa junior high school students. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether exercise can improve agility Speed Ladder STATE 1 BATUDAA.Metode junior high school students were used in this study is an experimental method to examine the effects of exercise on the Speed Ladder to agility sepak takraw players. This study consisted of two variables, X (speed ladder drills) and Y (Agility) .Penelitian experiments conducted in the field of SMP Negeri 1 Batudaa with a population of 127 oarng and a sample of 20 orang.dengan details of their initial test is a test prior to exercise Speed Ladder, and the final test after doing exercise Speed Ladder. Data collection techniques which use techniques Pre Test And Post Test Design. In accordance with the analysis and discussion: the hypothesis "There Influence of Exercise Speed Agility Ladder Of Service In Class VIII Sepak Takraw Players SMP Negeri 1 Batudaa" is accepted and tested were correct. This is evidenced by the results of the calculation, where the price obtained t = 11.43 2.02 ttable thus tcount price greater than the price or price ttable thitung had been outside the reception area so it can be concluded that Ho Ho is rejected and accept H1.
