Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara ilmiah tentang pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan terhadap ketepatan umpan dalam permainan Sepaktakraw pada siswa kelas olahraga SMP Negeri 1 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Hipotesa dalam penelitian ini : Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan terhadap ketepatan umpan dalam permainan Sepaktakraw. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, dengan memberikan perlakuan pelatihan passing berpasangan dan terprogram selama satu bulan dengan frekuensi latihan empat kali seminggu. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pre tes and post test design, dengan sampel sebanyak 20 orang siswa kelas olahraga. Kemudian latihan diberikan selama satu bulan dan diambil tes akhir dengan menggunakan tes ketepatan umpan.
Teknik analisa data adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Uji t pada taraf signifikan =0,05 dalam analisa data pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh ttabel senilai 1.729 sesuai kriteria pengujian bahwa terima H0 jika thitung sama atau lebih kecil dari ttabel.sedangkan tolak H0 jika thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Oleh karena itu thitung (13.6) lebih besar dari ttabel (1.729), maka hasil analisis menunjukan tolak H0 yang berarti terima Ha atau terima hipotesis penelitian. Dengan demikian kesimpulan analisa adalah terdapat pengaruh pelatihan passing berpasangan terhadap ketepatan umpan dalam permainan sepaktakraw pada siswa kelas olahraga SMP Negeri 1 Telaga Kabupaten Gorontalo.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of scientific training for the accuracy passing paired bait in the game Sepaktakraw at gym class students of SMP Negeri 1 Ponds Gorontalo academic year 2013/2014. The hypothesis in this study: There is a pair of passing the training effect of the accuracy of the bait in the game Sepaktakraw. The method used is an experimental method, by providing treatment and programmed in pairs passing training for a month with a frequency of exercise four times a week. The research design used in this study is one group pre test and post test design, with a sample of 20 students of class sports. Then given training for a month and taken the final test accuracy by using a test feed.
The data analysis is to use the formula t test at significance level = 0.05 in the data analysis hypothesis testing, obtained according ttable 1,729 worth of testing criteria that accept H0 if t count equal to or less than ttabel.sedangkan reject H0 if t count greater than tTable. Therefore tcount ( 13.6 ) is greater than t table ( 1,729 ), the results of the analysis showed that mean reject H0 Ha received or received research hypotheses. Thus the conclusion of the analysis is contained in pairs passing the training effect of the accuracy of the bait in the game sepaktakraw in gym class students of SMP Negeri 1 lake district of Gorontalo.
