Abstrak
Dandi Ismail, Nim 832 410 038 Judul Skripsi "Pengaruh Latihan Push Up Terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Jauhnya Lemparan Kedalam Pada Cabang Olahraga Sepak Bola Untuk Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Smp Negeri 1 Bongomeme" Tahun 2015. Program Studi Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga, Jurusan Kepelatihan Olahraga, Fakultas Ilmu-ilmu Kesehatan Dan Keolahragaan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I Dra. Hj. Nurhayati Liputo,S.Pd, M.Pd, dan Pembimbing II Edy Darma P. duhe S.Pd, M.Pd. permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Latihan Push Up Terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Jauhnya Lemparan Kedalam Pada Cabang Olahraga Sepak Bola Untuk Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Smp Negeri 1 Bongomeme, Tujuan penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengukur seberapa besar Pengaruh Latihan Push Up Terhadap Peningkatan Lemparan kedalam pada Cabang Olahraga Sepak Bola. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen, populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 siswa, yang di jadikan sampel adalah 20 siswa, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan sistim random. Untuk menguji hipotesis yang mengatakan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Latihan Push Up Terhadap Peningkatan Lemparan Kedalam Dalam, digunakan teknik statistik uji t. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh harga t sebesar 21.29 dan t diperoleh harga sebesar 1.729. Ternyata harga t lebih besar dari pada harga t . Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka harga t telah berada di luar daerah penerimaan H0. Sehingga H0 yang menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh latihan Push Up terhadap peningkatan Lemparan Kedalam, tidak diterima dan menerima hipotesis HA yang menyatakan ; Terdapat Pengaruh Latihan Push Up Terhadap Peningkatan Lemparan Kedalam Smp Negeri 1 Bongomeme. Simpulan yaitu latihan Push Up terhadap peningkatan Lemparan Kedalam pada siswa Ekstarakorikuler SMP Negeri 1 Bongomeme.

Pd , Pd , and Advisor II Edy Dharma P. duhe S.Pd , M.Pd. problem in this research is the Effect of Exercise Push Up Against Upgrades Remoteness Shot Into On Branch Sports Football For Foreign Students Extracurricular Smp 1 Bongomeme , purpose of this study aims to measure how much Effect of Exercise Push Up Against Increased throw into the branch Sports Football . The method used in this study is the experimental method , the population in this study is 100 students , which is made in the sample was 20 students , the sampling technique is the random system . To test the hypothesis that there Effect of Exercise Push Up Against Increased Shot Into In , used statistical techniques t test . From the calculations, the price of t by 21:29 and t obtained a price of 1,729 . It turns out that the price of t is greater than the price of t . Based on this, the price of t had been outside the reception area H0 . So H0 which states that there is no influence on the improvement of exercise Push Up Shot Into , not accepted and received the HA hypothesis which states ; There Influence of Exercise Push Up Against Enhanced Interior Shot Into Smp 1 Bongomeme . Conclusions are exercises to increase pitch Push Up Into the Ekstarakorikuler students of SMP Negeri 1 Bongomeme .
