ABSTRAK
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : Rendahnya kemampuan melakukan smash pada pemain bola voli putra siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kabila.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan depth jump terhadap peningkatan ketepatan smash pada pemain bola voli putra siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kabila.
Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas variabel bebas yaitu depth jump dengan simbol X dan variabel terikat yaitu ketepatan smash dengan simbol y. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain bola voli siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kabila yang berjumlah 18 anak, maka penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi.
Eksperimen dilakukan selama 5 minggu seminggu 4 kali pertemuan di SMA Negeri 1 Kabila. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Rancangan Penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pola "One group pree-test and post-test design". Instrumen penelitian atau alat ukur yang digunakan diambil dengan teknik tes. Dalam penelitian ini pengukuran dilakukan dengan pengukuran hasil ketepatan smash terhadap subyek penelitian yang dilakukan melalui tes awal dan tes akhir dari Latihan Depth Jump. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan tehnik pengujian statistik deskritif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Dalam pedoman analisis ini lebih baik dititik beratkan pada pengujian kesamaan rata - rata.
Dari hasil analisis data eksperimen hasil data pre -test dan post-test pada pengujian t yaitu diperoleh harga thitung 19,11 sedangkan untuk harga ttabel pada = 0,05; dk = n-1 (18-1 = 17) diperoleh harga sebesar 1,74.
Dengan demikian thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (thitung = 19,11 > ttabel = 1,74). Berdasarkan kriteria pengujian bahwa tolak Ho: jika thitung > t pada = 0,05; n - 1, oleh karena itu hipotesis alternativ atau ha dapat diterima, sehingga dapat dinyatakan terdapat " Pengaruh Latihan Depth Jump Terhadap Peningkatan Ketepatan Smash Pada Pemain Bola Voli Putra Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Kabila ".

ABSTRACT
This Research internal issue is : Lowering of ability conduct smash at volley ball player of class student men volley ball of XI SMA Country 1 Kabila.
Target of this research is to know influence of practice of depth jump to make-up of accuracy of smash at football player of class student man volley ball of XI SMA Country 1 Kabila
Variable in this research consist of free variable that is depth jump with symbol of X and variable tied that is accuracy of smash with symbol Y. this Research Desain is descriptive research. Population which is used in this research is entire volley ball player of class student volley ball of XI SMA Country 1 Kabila amounting to 18 child, hence this research represent research of population.
Experiment done by during 5 week one week 4 times meeting in SMA Country 1 Kabila. Method which is used in this research is experiment method. Device Research the used is with pattern "Group design post-test and pree-test One". Research instrument or used to be measuring instrument to be taken with technique of tes. In this research of measurement conducted with measurement of result accuracy of smash to research subyek which is through tes early and tes of is end of Practice of Depth Jump. To test hypothesis used is technics of examination of statistic of deskritif hypothesis test and use test t. In guidance of this better analysis is dot weigh against at examination of equality flatten - flatten.
From result of experiment data analysis result of data of pre - test and of post-test at examination of t that is obtained by price of thitung 19,11 while for the price of ttabel at = 0,05; dk = n-1 ( 18-1 = 17) obtained by price equal to 1,74.
Thereby thitung bigger than ttabel (thitung = 19,11 > ttabel = 1,74). Pursuant to examination criterion that refusing Ho: if thitung > t at = 0,05; n - 1, therefore hypothesis of alternativ or ha can be accepted, so that can be expressed there are " Influence Of Practice of Depth Jump To Make-Up Of Accuracy Of Smash At volley ball Player Of volley ball men Student Class of XI SMA Country 1 Kabila ".
