Abstrak
Yusnan udaili, Nim 832 410 063 Judul Skripsi "Pengaruh Latihan Box Jump Terhadap Peningkatan Lompat Jauh Gaya Gantung SMP Negeri 3 Lemito Kelas VIII Putra" Tahun 2014. Program Studi Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga, Jurusan Kepelatihan Olahraga, Fakultas Ilmu-ilmu Kesehatan Dan Keolahragaan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I Marsa Lie Tumbal, S.Pd, M.Pd, dan Pembimbing I1 Syarif Hidayat S.Pd Kor, M.Or.
Tujuan penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengukur seberapa besar Pengaruh Latihan Box Jump Terhadap Peningkatan Lompat Jauh Gaya Gantung SMP Negeri 3 Lemito Kelas VIII Putra. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen, populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 siswa, yang di jadikan sampel adalah 20 siswa, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan sistim random. Untuk menguji hipotesis yang mengatakan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Latihan Box Jump Terhadap Peningkatan Lompat Jauh Gaya Gantung SMP Negeri 3 Lemito Kelas VIII Putra, digunakan teknik statistic uji t. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh harga t sebesar 29.46 dan t diperoleh harga sebesar 1.729. Ternyata harga t lebih besar dari pada harga t .Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka harga t telah berada di luar daerah penerimaan H0.Sehingga H0 yang menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat Pengaruh Latihan Box Jump Terhadap Peningkatan Lompat Jauh Gaya Gantung SMP Negeri 3 Lemito Kelas VIII Putra, tidak diterima dan menerima hipotesis HA yang menyatakan ; Terdapat Pengaruh Latihan Box Jump Terhadap Peningkatan Lompat Jauh Gaya Gantung SMP Negeri 3 Lemito Kelas VIII Putra. Simpulan yaitu Latihan Box Jump Terhadap Peningkatan Lompat Jauh Gaya Gantung SMP Negeri 3 Lemito Kelas VIII Putra.
Kata kunci : Box Jump Terhadap Peningkatan Lompat Jauh Gaya Gantung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to measure how much Effect of Exercise Box Jump Against Increased Long Jump Style Hanging SMP Negeri 3 Lemito Class VIII's son. The method used in this study is the experimental method, the population in this study is 100 students, which is made in the sample was 20 students, the sampling technique is the random system. To test the hypothesis that there Effect Against Increased Exercise Box Jump Long Jump Style Hanging SMP Negeri 3 Lemito Class VIII's son, used t-test statistical techniques. From the calculations, the price of 29.46 t and t obtained a price of 1,729. It turns out that the price of t is greater than the price of t .Berdasarkan this, the price t have to be outside the reception area H0.Sehingga H0 stating that there is no Effect Against Increased Exercise Box Jump Long Jump Style Hanging SMP Negeri 3 Lemito Class VIII's son, not accepted and received the HA hypothesis which states; There Exercise Effect Against Increased Box Jump Long Jump Style Hanging SMP Negeri 3 Lemito Class VIII's son. Conclusions namely Exercise Box Jump Against Increased Long Jump Style Hanging SMP Negeri 3 Lemito Class VIII's son.
