Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat Pengaruh Latihan High Box Jump Terhadap Kemampuan Lompat Jauh Dalam Cabang Olahraga Atletik Pada Siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Gorontalo. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Latihan High Box Jump Terhadap Kemampuan Lompat Jauh Dalam Cabang Olahraga Atletik Pada Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Gorontalo. Metode penelitian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Eksperimen. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan taknik pengujian statistik deskritif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t. hasil penelitian merupakan data pre-tes dan post-tes pada pengujian t yaitu diperoleh harga thitung 6,59 sedangkan untuk harga ttabel pada =0,05 ; dk = n-1 (20-1=19) diperoleh sebesar 1,7291.Dengan demikian thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (thitung 6,59 > ttabel = 1,7291). Berdasrkan kriteria pengujian bahwa tolak H0 : jika thitung > ttabel pada 0,05; n-1, oleh karena itu Ha dapat diterima, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Latihan High Box Jump Terhadap Kemampuan Lompat Jauh Dalam Cabang Olahraga Atletik Pada Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 7 Gorontalo.

The problem in this study is whether there Effect Of Exercise High Box Jump Long Jump Ability In Athletics Sports Branch In Junior High School eighth grade students 7 of Gorontalo . Objective to find out how much Effect Of Exercise High Box Jump Long Jump Ability In Athletics Sports Branch In Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 7 of Gorontalo . Research methods. This study is a research experiment . To test the hypothesis used taknik descriptive statistical tests and hypothesis testing using t test . research is the data pre - test and post - test on the test t is obtained thitung price of 6.59 while for the price ttable at = 0.05 ; df = n - 1 ( 20-1 = 19 ) obtained by 1,7291.Dengan so tcount greater than ttabel ( 6.59 tcount > table = 1.7291 ) . Pursuant to the test criteria that reject H0 : if t count > t table at 0.05 ; n - 1 , therefore Ha acceptable , so it can be stated that there Effect Of Exercise High Box Jump Long Jump Ability In Athletics Sports Branch In Class VIII students of SMP Negeri 7 of Gorontalo .
