ANTON RASYID NIM: 832 411056 "PENGARUH LATIHAN SIDE JUMP SPRINT TERHADAP KECEPATAN LARI 100 METER PADA SISWA SMK NEGERI 2 WONOSARI".
Tujuan penelitian: Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui peningkatan Lari 100 meter berdasarkan hasil latihan pliometrik side jump sprint pada siswa SMK Negeri 2 Wonosari. Metode penelitian: Penelitian Eksperimen. Desain penelitian ini adalah: One Group Pre test and Post test. Sampel penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa putra SMK Negeri 2 Wonosari sebanyak 20 orang. Dari menunjukan harga t hitung sebesar 16.35. Sedangkan dari daftar distribusi diperoleh harga t daftar sebesar 1,729. Ternyata harga t hitung telah berada didalam daerah penerimaan Ha. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterimah dan tidak menerimah Ho. Jadi dapat disimpulkan "Terdapat Pengaruh latihan Side Jump Sprint terhadap Lari 100 Meter pada siswa SMK Negeri 2 Wonosari".

ANTON RASYID NIM: 832 411056 "EFFECT OF SIDE JUMP SPRINT EXERCISE ON THE SPEED OF 100 METERS ON STUDENT SMK NEGERI 2 WONOSARI".
Objective: The purpose of this study is to know the increase of 100 meters Run based on the results of side-sprint plyometrics exercise on students of SMK Negeri 2 Wonosari. Research method: Experimental research. The design of this research is: One Group Pre test and Post test. The sample of this study was conducted on the students of SMK Negeri 2 Wonosari as many as 20 people. From the show t the price of 16.35. While the list of distribution obtained price t list of 1.729. It turns out that the price of t arithmetic has been within the acceptance area of Ha. So it can be concluded that Ha accepted and did not accept Ho. So it can be concluded "There is Influence of Side Jump Sprint training to Run 100 Meter at students of SMK Negeri 2 Wonosari".
