Adapun yang menjadi masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Apakah terdapat pengaruh latihan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada permmainan sepak bola? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada permmainan sepak bola, pada siswa ekstra kurikuler SMP Negeri 12 Wonosari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 39 orang. Sedangkan jumlah sampel berjumlah 20 orang, teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan random sampling dimana pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak dua kelas yakni siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 12 Wonosari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperiment, dengan desain penelitian One Group Pre Test dan Post Test Design dengan variabel X latihan kelincahan dan variabel Y menggiring bola, teknik pengumpulan data yakni dengan menggunakan teknik pre test dan post test
Hasil penelitian: Dari hasil pengujian pre test dan post test latihan Shuttle Run menunjukan harga t hitung sebesar 6,09 sedangkan dari daftar distribusi di peroleh harga t daftar sebesar 1.83. ternyata harga t hitung lebih besar dari t daftar atau harga t hitung telah berada di luar daerah penerimaan Ho, sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa Ha di terima dan menolak Ho. Jadi dapat di simpulkan bahwa latihan Shuttle Run memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan menggirng bola. Dari hasil pengujian pre test dan post test latihan lari Zig-zag Drill menunjukan harga t hitung sebesar 10,20 sedangkan dari daftar distribusi di peroleh harga t tabel sebesar 1.83 . ternyata harga t hitung lebih besar dari t daftar atau t hitung telah berada di luar daerah penerimaan Ho. Jadi kesimpulannya ialah latihan lari Zig-zag Drill memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola. Atau dengan kata lain terdapat pengaruh model latihan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada permainan sepak bola pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 12 Wonosari.

As for the problem in this research are: Is there any influence of the agility exercise on dribbling ability on soccer game? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of agility training on dribbling ability on soccer game, in the extra curricular students of SMP Negeri 12 Wonosari. The population in this study amounted to 39 people. While the number of samples amounted to 20 people, the technique of sampling using random sampling where the sampling is done randomly two classes of students class VIII SMP Negeri 12 Wonosari. This research use experiment method, with research design of One Group Pre Test and Post Test Design with variable X of agility and Y dribbling technique, data collecting technique that is by using pre test and post test
Result of research: From test result of pre test and post test of Shuttle Run exercise show price t count equal to 6,09 whereas from distribution list obtained price list t equal to 1.83. it turns out the price t count greater than t list or price t arithmetic has been outside the acceptance area Ho, so it can be concluded that Ha received and rejected Ho. So it can be concluded that the Run Shuttle exercise has an influence on improving the ability menggirng ball. From the test result of pre test and post test of zig-zag drill practice show t calculate price equal to 10,20 while from list of distribution at get price of t table equal to 1.83. it turns out the price t count greater than t list or t arithmetic has been outside the acceptance area Ho. So the conclusion is the Zig-zag Drill drill has an influence on dribbling ability. Or in other words there is the influence of the model of agility exercise on the ability to dribble on the game of soccer at grade VIII students of State Junior High School 12 Wonosari.
