Problem of this research is unidentified the existence of physical education and sport facilities and infrastructures in junior High Schools in Toii Sub-district based on Ministry of National Education Regulation Number 24 of 2007. Besides, the condition and the utilization of the facility and infrastructure also are not identified.
This research aims at investigating the existence, condition and utilization of physical education facilities and infrastructures in Junior High Schools in Toili Sub-district based on Ministry of National Education Regulation number 24 of 2007. This is a qualitative research applying survey method. Technique of data collection is observation sheet. This research can be considered as a population research that uses its population. This population are 18 schools in Toili Sub-district. Technique of data analysis applies descriptive statistics.
Finding reveals that the existence suitability percentage of physical education facilities and infrastructures in Junion High Schools in Toili Sub-district based on Ministry of National Education Regulation number 24 of 2007 is 23,96%. Besides, the condition percentage of physical education facilities and infrastructures in junior High Schools in Toili Sub-distrct based on Ministry of National Education Regulation number 24 of 2007 is divided into 89,71% in good condition and 10,29% in bad condition. Meanwhile, 4 schools have facilities and infrastructures that are appropriate to utilization standard of physical education facilities and infrastructures while the remaining 14 are not appropriate.
