Abstrak

Risno P. Suleman. 832 414 019. 2018. Pengaruh latihan servis top spin dengan jarak bertahap terhadap ketepatan servis atas dalam permainan bola voli pada siswa putra Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Telaga. Skripsi, Jurusan Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga, Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I Dra Hj. Nurhayati Liputo,M.Pd dan Pembimbing II Drs Ruskin, M.Pd.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara ilmiah tentang Pengaruh latihan servis top spin dengan jarak bertahap terhadap ketepatan servis atas dalam permainan bola voli pada siswa putra Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Telaga. Hipotesa penelitian ini yaitu terdapat Pengaruh latihan servis top spin dengan jarak bertahap terhadap ketepatan servis atas dalam permainan bola voli pada siswa putra Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Telaga.
Metode yang di gunakan adalah metode eksperimen, dengan memberikan perlakuan latihan servis top spin dengan jarak bertahap dan terprogram selama 18 pertemuan dengan frekuensi 3 kali seminggu, rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian One Group Pre Test and Post Test Desing. Dengan sampel berjumlah 12 siswa ekstrakulikuler kelas VIII cabang bola voli. Kemudian latihan diberikan selama 18 pertemuan dan di tes akhir dengan menggunakan tes ketepatan Servis bola voli.
Teknik analisa data adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Uji t pada taraf signifikan alpha 5% dalam analisa data pengujian hipotesa, diperoleh ttabel senilai sesuai kriteria pengujian bahwa terima H0 jika thitung sama atau lebih kecil dari ttabel. sedangkan tolak H0 jika thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Oleh karena itu thitung 7.25 lebih besar dari ttabel(1.796), maka hasil analisis menunjukan tolak H0 yang berarti terima Ha atau terima hipotesis penelitian.
Dengan demikian kesimpulan analisa adalah terdapat Pengaruh latihan servis top spin dengan jarak bertahap terhadap ketepatan servis atas dalam permainan bola voli pada siswa putra Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Telaga.

The purpose of this study was to examine the scientific basis of Effect of exercise top spin serve to gradually distance to the accuracy of the service on in a game of volleyball on the son of Class VIII students SMP Negeri 1 Ponds. The hypothesis of this research that there is Effect of exercise top spin serve to gradually distance to the accuracy of the service on in a game of volleyball on the son of Class VIII students SMP Negeri 1 Ponds.
The method used is an experimental method, by providing treatmentServiced workout top spin with a distance gradually and programmed for 18 meetings with a frequency of three times a week, the study design research design One Group Pre Test and Post Test Desing. With a total sample of 12 students of class VIII extracurricular volleyball. Then the exercise is for 18 meetings and in a final test using the test the accuracy of the Service volleyball.
Data analysis technique is to use the formula t test at significance level alpha 5% in the data analysis, hypothesis testing, obtained ttabel valued according to the criteria of testing that accept H0 if t equal to or smaller than ttabel. whereas reject H0 if t is greater than t table. 7:25 Therefore t is greater than t table (1,796), the results of the analysis showed reject H0, which means thank Ha or accept the research hypothesis.
Thus the conclusion is that there Effect analysis exercise top spin serve to gradually distance to the accuracy of the service on in a game of volleyball on the son of Class VIII students SMP Negeri 1 Ponds.
