Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara koordinasi mata tangan dan motivasi dengan jump Service dalam permainan bola voli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional. Populasi yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa di Fakultas Olahraga dan Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo yang berjumlah 15 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah one shoot model atau satu kali pengambilan data dan teknik analilis data menggunakan korelasi product moment.
Dari hasil penelitian didapat bahwa koordinasi mata tangan dan motivasi memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan jump Service dalam permainan bola voli. Dari hasil penelitian hubungan antara koordinasi mata tangan dengan jump Service dalam permainan bola voli di peroleh nilai r hitung 0,91>0,553, kemudian hasil penelitian hubungan antara motivasi dengan jump Service diperoleh nilai r hitung yaitu 0,93>0,533. Sedangkan hubungan bersama antara antara koordinasi mata tangan dan motivasi dengan jump Service dalam permainan bola voli diperoleh nilai r hitung yaitu 0,95>0,533. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan bersama yang signifikan antara koordinasi mata tangan dan motivasi dengan jump Service dalam permainan bola voli.

This study aims to determine the relationship between hand eye coordination and motivation with the jump service in volleyball games. The research method used is descriptive correlational. The population used was 15 students at the Faculty of Sports and Health, State University of Gorontalo. The data collection technique in this study was a one-shot model or one-time data collection and data analysis techniques using product moment correlation.
From the results of the study it was found that hand eye coordination and motivation had a significant relationship with jump service in volleyball games. From the results of research on the relationship between eye-hand coordination and jump service in volleyball games, the value of r count is 0.91> 0.553. While the joint relationship between hand eye coordination and motivation with the jump service in volleyball games obtained the value of r count, namely 0.95> 0.533. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant joint relationship between eye-hand coordination and motivation with jump service in volleyball games.
