Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuiPerbandingan Pengaruh Metode Latihan Sasaran Terpusat Dan Metode Latihan Sasaran Acak Terhadap Ketepatan Umpan Smash Dalam Permainan Sepaktakraw.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, rancangan penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian two group pre test and post test design.Sampel berjumlah 12 siswa yang terbagi dalam 2 kelompok, masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 6 orang siswa. Taknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Istrumen penelitian menggunakan tes ketepatan umpan smash sepaktakraw.Teknik analisa data adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Uji t pada taraf signifikansi 5 %.
Hasil pengujian hipotesa, diperoleh t hitungkelompok latihan acak sebesar 8.04 dan t tabelsenilai 2.015sesuai kriteria pengujian bahwa terima H0 jika t hitung sama atau lebih kecil dari t tabelsedangkan tolak H0 jika t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel. Hasil pengujian hipotesa, diperoleh t hitungkelompok latihan terpusatsebesar 7.32 dan t tabel senilai 2.05sesuai kriteria pengujian bahwa terima H0 jika t hitung sama atau lebih kecil dari t tabelsedangkan tolak H0 jika t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel.
Hasil perhitungan hipotesis perbandingan Variabel X1 dan X2 diperoleh t hitung lebih besar dari t daftar/table atau 4.47>2.015 pada taraf nyata = 0,05 dan dilihat dari rata-rata selisih ternyata latihan sasaran acak lebih baik dari latihan sasaran terpusat. Dengan demikian kesimpulannya adalah terdapat perbandingan pengaruh Latihan sasaran acak dan latihan sasaran terpusatterhadap ketepatan umpan smash dalampermainan sepaktakraw(Studi Eksperimen Pada Siswa Ekstrakulikuler SMA Negeri 6 Gorontalo Utara).

The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the effect of the Centralized Target Training Method and the Random Target Training Method on the Accuracy of Smash Bait in the Sepaktakraw Game.
This study uses an experimental method, the research design uses a two-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample consisted of 12 students who were divided into 2 groups, each group consisted of 6 students. Data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The research instrument uses the accuracy test of the sepaktakraw smash bait. The data analysis technique is to use the t test formula at a significance level of 5%.
The results of hypothesis testing, obtained t count random exercise group of 8.04 and t table value of 2,015 according to the test criteria that accept H0 if t count is equal to or less than t table while reject H0 if t count is greater than t table. The results of testing the hypothesis, obtained t count large adjustment group 7.32 and t table worth 2.05 according to the test criteria that accept H0 if t count is equal to or less than t table while reject H0 if t count is greater than t table.
The results of the comparison calculation of variables X1 and X2 obtained that the t count was large from t lists/tables or 4.47>2.015 at the level of significance = 0.05 and seen from the average difference in targets, it turned out that the target was better than the exercise, more random, better than the higher target. random. Thus, the conclusion is a comparison of the interaction of random targets and training targets on the target of smash bait in the game for Extracurricular Students of SMA Negeri 6 Gorontalo Utara).
