Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kebugaran Jasmani Resimen Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Gorontalo Di Era Pandemi Covid-19.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, sedangkan pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Sampel berjumlah 16 mahasiswa resimen Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Istrumen penelitian menggunakan tes Kesemaptaan A yaitu lari 12 menit dan samapta yang terdiri dari (1) Pull-Up, (2) Push-UP, (3) Sit-UP,(4) Squat-Jump, (5) Doging-Run (Lari angka delapan). Teknik analisa data adalah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kulitatif dengan persentase.
Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa tes samapta yaitu lari 12 menit (Cukup), tes samapta yaitu (1) Pull-Up (Cukup), (2) Push-Up (baik), (3) Sit-Up (Cukup), (4) Squat-Jump (Cukup), (5) Doging-Run (lari angka delapan) (Cukup). Jadi rata-rata keseluruhan tes kondisi fisik dalam tingkat kategori CUKUP, yaitu dengan persentase Baik 12,5 %, Kurang 18,75% dan rata-rata dalam keadaan cukup 75 %. Dari data diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi fisik anggota Resimen Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Gorontalo di masa Pandemi Covid 19 dalam keadaan Cukup baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan perlu adanya peningkatan latihan yang mengarah pada Kondisi fisik dimasa Pandemi. Pola pembinaan fisik yang mengarah pada pembentukan otot yang berlebihan akan menyebabkan otot-otot tubuh terasa kaku. Untuk itu pola pembinaan fisik harus seimbang, sehingga tujuan pembinaan fisik yang dituntut pada pembentukan otot yang kuat tetap tercapai, tetapi otot tetap lentur, oleh karena itu terbentuk gerak otot tubuh yang kuat tapi lincah, koordinasinya mudah serta flexibilitas otot tetap terjaga

The purpose of this study was to determine the Physical Fitness Level of the Gorontalo State University Student Regiment in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era.
This study uses a survey method, while data collection uses tests and measurements. The sample is 16 students of the Gorontalo State University regiment. Data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The research instrument used the A-fitness test, which was a 12-minute run and a level consisting of (1) Pull-Ups, (2) Push-UPs, (3) Sit-UPs, (4) Squat-Jumps, (5) Doging -Run (Run figure eight). Data analysis technique is to use descriptive qualitative analysis with percentages.
The results of the study explain that the samapta test "A" is a 12 minute run (Enough), the samapta test "B" is (1) Pull-Up (Enough), (2) Push-Up (good), (3) Sit-Up ( Enough), (4) Squat-Jump (Enough), (5) Doging-Run (running figure eight) (Enough). So the overall average of the physical condition tests at the level of the ENOUGH category, namely with a good percentage of 12.5%, less than 18.75% and an average of 75% in sufficient condition. From the data above, it can be concluded that the physical condition of the members of the Gorontalo State University Student Regiment during the Covid-19 Pandemic is in fairly good condition. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that there be an increase in exercise that leads to physical conditions during the pandemic. The pattern of physical development that leads to excessive muscle formation will cause the muscles of the body to feel stiff. For this reason, the pattern of physical development must be balanced, so that the objectives of physical development required for the formation of strong muscles are still achieved, but the muscles remain flexible, therefore strong but agile body muscle movements are formed, coordination is easy and muscle flexibility is maintained.
