Penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pembinaan prestasi Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Diktra Prima Pobundayan U-12. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualtitatif dengan populasi 45 orang yang terdiri dari pengurus SSB, Pelatih SSB and siswa SSB,. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, sehingga sampel menjadi 5 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu mengungkapkan bahwa sudah optimalnya manajemen pembinaan prestasi Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Diktra Prima Pobundayan U-12 yang dibuktikan dengan terus meningkatnya kompetensi pelatih yang sudah berlisensi, jumlah siswa SSB yang cukup banyak, sistem pengelolaan dana yang mencukupi, fasilitas yang memadahi, dan juga sederet prestasi di tingkat regional dan nasional. Hal ini memberikan gambaran bahwa seluruh komponen manajemen Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Diktra Prima Pobundayan U-12 sudah berjalan dengan baik dan optimal.

This study aims to determine the management of the achievement development of the Soccer School (SSB) Diktra Prima Pobundayan U-12. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with a population of 45 people consisting of SSB administrators, SSB trainers and SSB students. The sample in this study used the purposive sampling technique, so that the sample became 5 people. The results of this study reveal that the management of the achievement development of the Diktra Prima Pobundayan U-12 Football School (SSB) has been optimal as evidenced by the continued increase in the competence of licensed trainers, a large number of SSB students, an adequate fund management system, adequate facilities. adequate, and also a series of achievements at the regional and national levels. This illustrates that all management components of the Diktra Prima Pobundayan U-12 Football School (SSB) have been running well and optimally.
