In 2011 the WHO said there are 15,000,000 people in the world who have a stroke each year. Of these, 5 million die and 5 million permanent disability. According to the Minister of Health, stroke is the leading cause of death in Indonesia. This share reached 15.4% of the total causes of death. The purpose of this study to describe the implementation of the mobilization of stroke patients by nurses in hospitals. Prof. Dr. H. Aloei. Saboe Gorontalo in 2013.
The research used qualitative techniques Descrptive decision sampiling Accidental Sampling and Analysis Univariat.Population its entire stroke patients who are in hospital neuro room. Prof.Dr.Hi. Aloei Saboe Gorontalo City in 2013, with a sample of 32 people.
The results obtained from 32 respondents, who get well gift mobilization in accordance with SOP in the amount of 7 patients (21.9%), and the less good get a gift mobilization in accordance with the SOP of 25 patients (78.1%). This shows the implementation of mobilization provided by nurses is lacking, it is seen from the type, frequency and duration are less good.
Expected for nurses in hospitals neuro space. Prof. Dr. Aloei Saboe Gorontalo city can provide with good mobilization actions according to the SOP for improvement and maintenance of limb muscle strength in patients with stroke and invite family members to participate in therapeutic action to be performed after the patient goes home.

Agus Pahrianto Pausther, 2013. Gambaran Pelaksanaan Mobilisasi Pada Pasien Stroke Oleh Perawat di RSUD.Prof.Dr.H.Aloei Saboe Kota Gorontalo 2013. Skirpsi, S-1 Keperawatan, Jurusan Keperawatan, Fakultas Ilmu-ilmu Kesehatan dan Keolahragaan, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Dengan Pembimbing 1 Zuhriana K Yusuf dan Pembimbing II Syahrul Said.
Pada tahun 2011 WHO menyebutkan,terdapat 15.000.000 orang yang di dunia mengalami stroke setiap tahunnya. Dari jumlah tersebut,5 juta jiwa meninggal dan 5 juta jiwa mengalami cacat permanen. Menurut Menteri Kesehatan, stroke merupakan penyebab utama kematian di Indonesia. Porsinya mencapai 15,4% dari total penyebab kematian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan tentang mobilisasi pasien stroke oleh perawat di RSUD. Prof. Dr. H. Aloei. Saboe Gorontalo tahun 2013.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan Deskiriptif kualitatif dengan tehnik pengambilan sampiling Accidental Sampling serta menggunakan Analisis Univariat.Populasinya seluruh pasien stroke yang berada di ruangan neuro RSUD. Prof. Dr. Hi. Aloei Saboe Kota Gorontalo Tahun 2013, dengan sampel 32 orang.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari 32 responden, yang mendapatkan pemberian mobilisasi dengan baik sesuai dengan SOP yaitu sebesar 7 pasien(21,9 %),dan yang mendapatkan pemberian mobilisasi kurang baik sesuai dengan SOP sebesar 25 pasien(78,1%). Hal ini menunjukan pelaksanaan mobilisasi yang diberikan oleh perawat masih sangat kurang,hal ini dilihat dari Jenis,Frekuensi serta Durasi yang kurang baik.
Di harapkan bagi perawat di ruang neuro RSUD. Prof. Dr. Aloei Saboe Kota Gorontalo dapat memberikan tindakan mobilisasi dengan baik sesuai SOP untuk peningkatan dan pemeliharaan kekuatan otot ekstremitas pada penderita stroke dan mengajak anggota keluarga turut serta dalam tindakan terapi agar dapat dilakukan setelah pasien pulang.
