Professional Nursing Practice Model (PNPM) was one of a structured system that allows nurses to provide nursing care in a professional and qualified. The aim of this research was analyze the factors that influence nursing care implementation in interna room Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe hospital of Gorontalo City.
Method of research applied the observational analysis by cross sectional approach. The population in this research are 28 nurses who works at interna room (G3 below) Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe hospital of Gorontalo City. This sample research counted 27 respondents was carried out by using the method of purpossive sampling. Analyzed of univariate and bivariate by using the fisher’s exact test with significance level ? = 0,05.
Result of this research showed that there were significant influence of knowledge (p value = 0,004), motivation (p value = 0,001), and workload (p value = 0,001) of the nursing care implementation (p < ? ; ? = 0,05).
The results showed that in general implementation of nursing care had been executed better. However, should still be considered within the element of human resources development through increased formal nursing education, skills enhancement and distribution of tasks/work load well.

Model Praktek Keperawatan Profesional (MPKP) merupakan salah satu sistem terstruktur yang memungkinkan perawat memberikan asuhan keperawatan secara profesional dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan asuhan keperawatan di ruang interna Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Kota Gorontalo.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis observasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat yang bekerja di ruang Interna (G3 bawah) Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Kota Gorontalo yang berjumlah 28 orang. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 27 responden yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik Purpossive Sampling. Untuk analisa univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji fisher’s exact test dengan derajat kemaknaan ? = 0,05.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pengetahuan (p value = 0,004), motivasi (p value = 0,001), dan beban kerja (p value = 0,001) terhadap penerapan asuhan keperawatan (p < 0,05 ; ? = 0,05).
Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya penerapan asuhan keperawatan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Namun demikian harus tetap diperhatikan dalam unsur peningkatan sumber daya manusianya melalui peningkatan jenjang pendidikan formal keperawatan, peningkatan keterampilan serta pembagian tugas/beban kerja yang baik.
