Komplikasi diabetes bermacam-macam salah satunya adalah gangren. Gangre dapat menyebabkan odor atau bau yang tidak sedap, dan hal ini dapat diatasi dengan terapi ozon. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi ozon terhadap pengurangan tingkat odor pada pasien gangren di klinik perawatan luka kota Gorontalo.
Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode pra-eksperiment dengan one group pra testpost test design. penentuan Sampel dilakukan dengan cara total sampling jumlah sampel sebanyak 16 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon dengan confidence interval 95% dan nilai = 0,05.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya perbedaan skala odor sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi ozon, dimana terdapat selisih nilai skala odor 1,32 dengan nilai rata-rata sebelum diberikan terapi ozon 3,44% dan sesudah 2,12% dan p value 0,000 (>0,05).
Kesimpulan ada pengaruh pemberian terapi ozon terhadap pengurangan tingkat odor. Saran bagi klinik perawatan luka agar dapat mempertahankan sistem perawatan luka modern seperti ini dan menjadikan terapi ozon masuk dalam SOP tindakan perawatan luka.

Diabetic complication is various and one of them is gagrene. Gangrene can cause odor or bad small and this can be solved with ozone therapy. This research aims at finding out the influence of ozone therapy toward the decrease of odor in gangrene patients at wound care clinic of Gorontalo city.
This research is a pre-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The samples in this research are taken with total sampling with 16 respondents as its samples. The data are analyzed using the Wilcoxon test with confidence interval of 95% and the value of = 0,05.
This research shows that there is a difference of odor scale before and after the administration of ozone therapy, where the gap in odor scale between before and after administration of the therapy is 1,32 with the average value before administration of odor therapy is 3,44% adn after the administration of ozone therapy the odor scale is 2,12% and the p value is 0,000 (>0,05).
The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of ozone therapy administration on the decrease of odor level. It is recommended to the wound care clinic to maintain this modern treatment of wound care and include the ozone therapy within the SOP for wound care.
