Perawatan luka pasca melahirkan yang mengalami robekan perineum menggunakan melolin dressing terhadap lama penyembuhan luka pada ibu nifas. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini apakah ada pengaruh perawatan luka menggunakan melolin dressing terhadap lama penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas.
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji pengaruh perawatan luka menggunakan melolin dressing terhadap lama penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas. Penelitian ini adalah desain pra eksperimental dengan variabel independen perawatan luka perineum dan variabel dependen penyembuhan luka perineum. Populasi penelitian seluruh ibu nifas di Puskesmas Kecamatan Tibawa sebanyak 36 orang menggunakan teknik non probability sampling didapatkan sampel sebanyak 14 orang.
Hasil penelitian dengan uji statistik Mann Whitney diperoleh nilai p Value 0.02 menunjukan ada pengaruh penggunaan melolin dressing terhadap lama penyembuhan luka perineum pada ibu nifas diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Tibawa.
Kesimpulan penelitian didapatkan bahwa lama penyembuhan luka perineum ibu nifas pada kelompok perlakuan menggunakan melollin dressing diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Tibawa yaitu seluruh responden sebanyak 7 orang (100%) mengalami penyembuhan dalam rentang waktu 7 hari.
Disarankan kepada ibu nifas untuk memilih dan menggunakan melolin dressing karena lebih efesien dan efektif bagi percepatan penyembuhan luka perineum dengan persalinan normal.

The problem statement of this research is whether or not there is an effect of wound care using melolin dressing on the recuperation of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers.
This research aims to examine the effect of wound care using melolin dressing on the recuperation of perineal wound in postpartum mothers. This research uses a pre-experimental desigen with the independent variable is perineal wound care, and the dependent variable is perineal wound recuperation. The population is all postpartum mothers at the puskesmas of tibawa sub-district as many as 36 mothers, and the sample is 14 mothers who are taken by using non-probability technique.
The finding by using the Mann Whitney statistical test obtains p value=0.02, indicating that there is an effect of using melolin dressing on the recuperations of perineal wound in postpartum mothers in the work area of Puskesmas of Tibawa. So, it can be concluded that the use of melolin dressing can accelerate the recuperation of perineal wound in postpartum mothers in the working area of Puskesmas of Tibawa. This is evidenced by seeing that all 7 respondents (100%) experience recuperation in just 7 days.
Therefore, it is advisable for postpartum mothers to choose and use the melolin dressing because it is more efficient and effective for accelerating the recuperation of perineal wound in normal delivery.
