Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Tari Bambu pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu di kelas VII 1 di SMP Negeri 1 Mootilango kabupaten Gorontalo.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas. subyek penelitian berjumlah 32 orang. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel input, proses dan output. Tahapan penelitian terdiri dari persiapan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pemantauan dan evaluasi, analisis dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data dilaksanakan secara kuantitatif serta menggunakan kriteria penilaian prestasi hasil belajar.
Pelaksanaan penelitian ini di dasarkan pada rumusan masalah apakah dengan menggunakanakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Tari Bambu dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu di kelas VII 1 SMP Negeri 1 Mootilango Kabupaten Gorontalo.
Sebagai kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah hipotesis penelitian yang berbunyi: “jika guru menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Tari Bambu pada kelas VII 1 SMP Negeri 1 Mootilango Kabupaten Gorontalo maka hasil belajar akan meningkat, dapat diterima karena didukung dengan hasil belajar siswa yang meningkat pada tahap observasi awal hasil belajar hanya 43,75% atau 14 siswa, setelah dilakukan siklus I meningkat menjadi 62,5% atau 20 siswa dan meningkat lagi setelah dilakukan siklus II menjadi 84,37% atau 27 siswa. Hasil pengamatan kegiatan guru juga meningkat dari 70% pada siklus I menjadi 86,67% pada siklus II. Hasil pengamatan kegiatan siswa juga meningkat dari 69,56% pada siklus I menjadi 86,95% pada siklus II.

This research aimed to understand the in increase of student’s achievement through Cooperative Learning Model Bamboo Dancing Type on Integrated Social Sciences subject at VII 1 Class of SMP Negeri 1 Mootilango, Gorontalo District.
Method of research applied a classroom action research with total of research subject were 32 students. Variable of research consisted of input, process and output variable. Stage of research consisted of plan, implementation, observation and evaluation, analysis and reflection. Technique of collectinthe data was instruments which were observation and test. Data was analyzed quantitatively also used learning achievement score criteria.
The problem of the research was whether or not the applying of cooperative learning model Bamboo Dancing type can increase student’s learning achievement on intergrated social sciences subject at VII 1 Class of SMP Negeri 1 Mootilango, Gorontalo District.
To sum pu, the research hypothesis which stated “if teacher applied cooperative learning model Bamboo Dancing type at VII 1 Class of SMP Negeri 1 Mootilango, Gorontalo District, then student’s learning achievement will increase” is accepted. It is supported by the result of student’s learning achievement which increased from prior observation as 43,75% for 14 students to 62,5% for 20 students in the first cycle and increased more to 84,37% for 27 students in the second cyle. The result of student’s activities observation also increased from 69,56% of first cycle become 86,95% of second cycle.
