Abstrak

Sofyawati Usman. Nim. 911409147 “Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Dengan Menggunakan Metode Kerja Kelompok Pada Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi Di Kelas X AK1 SMK Negeri 1 Batudaa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Konsentrasi Pendidikan Akuntansi, Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I Ibu Dra. Hj. Salma Bowtha, M.Pd dan Pembimbing II Ibu Hj. Irawati Abdul, SE., M.Si.
Pelaksanaan penelitian ini didasarkan pada rumusan masalah apakah dengan menggunakan Metode Kerja Kelompok Pada Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi Di Kelas X Ak1 SMK Negeri 1 Batudaa Kabupaten Gorontalo Dapat Meningkat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 33 orang. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel input, proses, dan output. Tahapan penelitian terdiri dari persiapan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pemantauan, dan evaluasi, analisis dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data dilaksanakan secara kuantitatif serta menggunakan kriteria penilaian prestasi belajar.
Sebagai kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah hipotesis penelitian yang berbunyi : Jika menggunakan Metode Kerja Kelompok pada mata pelajaran Akuntansi Di Kelas X AK1 SMK Negeri Batudaa Kabupaten Gorontalo, Maka hasil belajar siswa dapat meningkat. Dapat diterima karena didukung dengan hasil tindakan dan analisis data : 1) Siswa yang memperoleh hasil belajar minimal 75 meningkat menjadi dari 41,17% hasil observasi awal menjadi 57.58% hasil siklus I dan meningkat lagi menjadi 87.88% hasil siklus II, 2) Hasil pengamatan kegiatan guru yang termasuk pada kategori sangat baik dan baik meningkat dari 50% siklus I menjadi 83.33% pada siklus II, dan 3) Hasil pengamatan kegiatan siswa yang termasuk pada kategori sangat baik dan baik meningkat 30.77% siklus I menjadi 80.77% hasil siklus II.

Sofyawati Usman. Reg. Num, 911409147 “ Increasing Student’s Achievement by Applying Workgroup Method on Accounting Subject in the First Grade of SMK Negeri 1 Batudaa of Gorontalo District. Majoring Accounting Education, Study Program of Economics Education, Department of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. The principal supervisor was Dra. Hj. Salma Bowtha, M.Pd and the co-supervisor was Hj. Irawati Abdul, SE, M.Si.
The implementation of the research was based on problem of workgroup method can increase student’s achievement on accounting subject or not. Research method applied classroom action research. Research subject was 33 students. Research variable consisted of input, process, and output variable. Research stages consisted of planning, application, monitoring, and evaluation, analysis and reflection. Data collection was research instrument namely observation and test. Data analysis was applied quantitatively by optimizing assessment on learning achievement.
To conclude the research, the hypothesis stated: if learning and teaching process applied workgroup method on accounting subject in the first garde of SMK Negeri 1 Batuda’a, so student’s achievement could increase; was accepted because of being supported by application and analysis output. There were: 1) students who gained minimal score 75 increased from 41.17 % (initial observation percentage) to 57.58 % after taking first cycle and in the second cycle it increased to be 87.88 %; 2) observation result on teacher’s activity including good and better category increased from 50 % in the first cycle to 83.33 % in the second cycle, and; 3) observation result on students’ activity including good and better category increased from 30.77 % in the first cycle to 80.77 % in the second cycle.
