Program Studi S1 Pendidikan Ekonomi, Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, 2018. Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Dr. H. Usman Moonti, M.Si Selaku Pembimbing I dan Bapak Rustam Tohopi,Spd, M.si Selaku Pembimbing II.
Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan sistem pembelajaran moving class terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di Kelas VIII SMP Negeri Widyakrama Kabupaten Gorontalo.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan jumlah populasi 50 orang siswa. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu angket/kuisioner sebanyak 60 pertanyaan yang terdistribusi 30 pertanyaan untuk indikator moving class dan 30 pertanyaan sesuai indikator motivasi belajar siswa. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi dan mengukur tingkat signifikasnsi dan linieritas persamaan regresi dengan menggunakan rumus uji linieritas.
Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari perhitungan persamaan regresi linier sederhana dimana diperoleh pengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 41,2%. Hasil ini berdasarkan pada perhitungan koefisien korelasi r = 0,642 dan koefisien determinasinya r2 = 412. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem pembelajaran moving class berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.

Research objective: to find out how much influence of the application of the moving class learning system on students learning motivation in social subjects at grade VIII of Junior High School SMP Negeri WIdyakrama, Gorontalo District.
This quantitative study involved 50 students as the study population. Futher, the data used in this study is a questionnaire of 60 questions distributed 30 questions to move class indicators and 30 questions according to indicators of student learning motivation. The data analysis technique is regression analysis and measures the level of significance and linearity of the regression equaton using a linearity test formula.
Therefore, it can be seen fiom the calculation of simple linear regression equations which obtain influence on learning autocomes by 41,2%. These results are based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient r = 0,642 and the detemination coefficient r2 = 0.412, which means the application of moving class learning system has a positive effect on studens learning motivation.
