Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem Just In Time dalam aktivitas produksi untuk meningkatkan daya daya saing. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan data primer yakni dari berbagai sumber berupa buku-buku, catatan, bukti yang telah ada, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif.
Hasil analisis dari penerapan Just In Time di Mebel Reyhan ini setelah dianalisis menggunakan Just In Time, Mebel Reyhan dapat lebih mengefisienkan biaya yang dikeluarkan. Karena dari total persediaan dengan menggunakan Just In Time hanya sebesar 517.205 perbulan, sedangkan jika Mebel Reyhan menggunakan metode yang selama ini diterapkan maka ia akan terjadi pemborosan dengan biaya persediaan sebesar 1.166.667 perbulan.
Kata Kunci : Metode Just In Time, dan Meningkatkan Daya Saing.

The study is aimed at investigating the implementation of Just In Time system in production activity to improve competitiveness. The data employed both primary and secondary data collected from books, notes, the available evidence, and interview. The technique of data analysis is quantitative analysis.
Finding reveal that by applying Just In Time system, the cost incurred by Mebel Reyhan becomes more efficient. The inventory cost by using Just In Time is only 517.205. It can be compared to the method applied during this time that spends the inventory cost for 1.166.667 per month which is wasteful.
