Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja dan jam kerja terhadap pendapatan nelayan tradisional pancing ulur di Kelurahan Pohe Kecamatan Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 25% dari jumlah populasi yaitu 62 nelayan. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial modal kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan nelayan dan jam kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan nelayan. Secara simultan modal kerja dan jam kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan nelayan tradisional pancing ulur di Kelurahan Pohe Kecamatan Hulonthalangi Kota Gorontalo. Hasil penelitian ini didukung oleh nilai koefesien determinasi sebesar 38,5%.

The research aims at investigating the influence of working capital and work hours toward income of traditional handlines fishers at Pohe Village, Sub-district of Hulonthalangi, City of Gorontalo. It applies quantitative method. The data are primary data by distributing a questionnaire to respondents. The technique of sampling is simple random sampling. The samples are 25% out of a number of population which is 62 fishermen. The technique of data analysis is multiple regression analysis.
Findings reveal that either working capital or work hours partially has a positive and significant influence towards income of traditional handlines fishers. Simultaneously, working capital and work hours have positive and significant influence toward income of traditional handlines fishers at Pohe Village, Sub-district of Hulonthalangi, City of Gorontalo. It is supported by determination coefficient score for 38,5%.
