ABSTRAKHANIF NIM 931 409 028 “Pengaruh Pendidikan Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Sinar Galesong Pratama Cabang Gorontalo” dibawah bimbingan Bapak Dr. Arifin Tahir, M.Si selaku Pembimbing I dan Bapak  Drs. Rusli Isa M.Si selaku Pembimbing II.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sinar Galesong Pratama Cabang Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilakukan 2 bulan yaitu Maret sampai Juli 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey merupakan metode peneltian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik, serta menjelaskan pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti dengan menggunakan sejumlah sampel. Hasil pengujian instrumen validitas menunjukan rhitung > rtabel artinya valid dan reliabilitas berada diatas 0,5 artinya reliabel. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan analisis regresi sederhana yaitu = 7.079+0.821 X yang telah teruji keberartiannya pada a = 0,05. hal ini berarti setiap perubahan variabel diklat sebesar satu satuan akan berpengaruh dengan perubahan variabel Kinerja karyawan sebesar  7,079 kali satuan, atau setiap kenaikan satu satuan pada variabel diklat (X), maka akan diikuti oleh perubahan sebesar 0.821  satuan pada variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Selanjutnya dalam perhitungan koefisen determinasi menunjukkan r2= 0,721 yang berarti bahwa sebesar 72,1% variabilitas mengenai kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sinar Galesong Pratama Cabang Gorontalo dapat dipengaruhi oleh seorang diklat, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27,9 %  dipengaruhi oleh  variabel lain yang tidak di desain dalam penelitian ini seperti disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan insentif yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Diklat dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT        HANIF NIM 931 409 028 "The Effect of Education and Training on Employee Performance PT . Rusli Isa M.Si as Supervisor II .The purpose of this study is : to know whether there is influence on the performance of education and training of employees at PT . Branch Primary Galesong ray Gorontalo . This research was carried out 2 months ie March to July 2013 . This study uses a method explanatory survey research that aims to determine the characteristics , and explain the influence between the variables studied by using a number of samples . The test results demonstrate the validity of the instrument rhitung > rtabel means a valid and reliability is above 0.5 means reliable . The research results showed that the simple regression analysis y = 7079 +0821 X -tested keberartiannya at a = 0.05 . this means that any change of one unit of training variables will affect the employee performance variable changes by 7.079 times the unit , or each increase of one unit on the training variable ( X ) , it will be followed by a change of 0.821 units on employee performance variable ( Y ) . Furthermore, in the calculation of the coefficient of determination r2 = 0.721 indicates that 72.1 % means that the variability of the performance of employees at PT . Branch Primary Galesong ray Gorontalo can be affected by a training , while the remaining 27.9 % is influenced by other variables not included in the design of this research work such as discipline , self-motivation and incentives that can affect the performance of the employee .Keywords : Training and Employee Performance
